Si Lengyue channeled all her Witch Power into her lifebound gu, making the Gu Soul erge, attacking Asa.
Asa: This track isn’t fair!
But no one said you couldn’t break the rules.
With Qin Liuxi’s protection, Si Lengyue soon gained the upper hand. Her lifebound gu devoured Asa’s Gu Soul and then crushed and subdued it.
This was yet another process.
But with the talisman array broken, and Qin Liuxi suppressing the rebellion of villagers’ child poisons, Asa couldn’t get any nutritional supply and was already at the end of his strength.
Si Lengyue opened her eyes, standing up, her face originally cool now as white as frost and snow. Though she had successfully let her lifebound gu devour Asa’s Gu Soul, it cost her considerable Witch Power, and she needed rest.
Qin Liuxi stuffed an elixir into her mouth, full of worry, "Are you alright?"
