WONHEE sent a ssage to Semi that she wouldn’t go ho tonight.
It was common courtesy because she was currently living in her older sister’s house.
She knew her ssage didn’t sound wholeso, but she didn’t elaborate.
And she didn’t wait for any replies and just turned off her phone.
[I’m an adult. They can’t stop from spending the night elsewhere. It’s enough that I let them know I’m fine.]
Yes, Wonhee decided to set boundaries now.

The other thing that worried her was Ahyeon.

Wonhee made a ntal note to see her friends first thing in the morning.

Well, he wore a black robe– without closing it properly.

Wonhee covered her face with her hands.

"Why are you covering your face, Wonhee-ya?" Yejun asked teasingly. "You can look."

"That’s the softest "shut up" I’ve heard in my life."
She put down her hands.
It was in ti to see Yejun kneeling in front of her. And then he put his arms on her lap and looked up at her with an apologetic look on his face.

"I’m sorry, Wonhee-ya," Yejun said, his voice full of remorse. "If only I searched for the final boss instead of waiting for it to co out, I wouldn’t have been trapped in the dungeon for days. I’m sorry for being late."
"It wasn’t your fault, Yejun-ah," Wonhee said, patting Yejun on the head because his sad face kind of lted her heart. "And nothing bad happened to . Ahyeonnie and Hunter Graham protected . Captain Lee and the Special Forces were kind to , too."
"Is that so? Then I’ll be polite to Captain Lee from now on."
"Shouldn’t that be your default setting...?"
He just shrugged casually, and then he changed the topic. "Nothing else happened?"
"Well, I already told you about my conversation with Seodam-ssi."
Yejun suddenly bead.
"What? Why are you smiling like that?"
"I’m relieved that you’re not calling that fake carnivore ’Oppa’ anymore," Yejun said bluntly. "I thought my ears would bleed every ti I hear you call him ’Oppa.’"
Wonhee blushed, a little embarrassed after Yejun called her out. "I decided to call him either ’Seodam-ssi’ or ’Hunter Lee’ from now on."
"Good thinking. I won’t get too jealous of the fake carnivore now."
"You were jealous because I call him ’Oppa?’"
"It’s not because of the word itself. I just hate how gentle your voice sounds when you call him that."
"Well, not anymore."
"Good job."
"I should have changed the way I call him after we broke up."
"The fake carnivore is older than you, so it’s natural that you chose to call him that way since you wanted to have an amicable relationship with him. You didn’t know that he secretly hated you. But now that you know, you imdiately changed the way you address him. You did a good job, Wonhee-ya."

"Thank you, Yejun-ah."
"What else happened?"
"Yool was robbed, but Song Moonho-ssi helped him retrieve his stuff."
She had to keep it simple because she needed to protect Yool’s secret as a Transmigrator.

"Gotcha. What else?"
"The S-Grade equipnt that you got from Ahn Kisoo-ssi, I returned it to him."
"Wonhee-ya..."
"We needed it to create the potion that would bring back her Guiding abilities," Wonhee said defensively. "If you’re upset about that, then go and find sothing similar for . You said you’re gonna spoil , didn’t you?"
Yejun paused for a mont, and then he grinned. "Yeah, you’re right. I’ll give you all the useful equipnt that I have."
"Thank you."
"What else happened?"
"I got a role in Ruda-ssi’s debut drama," Wonhee said, half-excited and half-nervous for Yejun’s reaction. "This would be my first villainess role."
Yejun smiled like a villain, his dark orange eyes turning into little crescent moons. "Crush him with your superb acting, Wonhee-ya."
She smiled, relieved that Yejun was being supportive. "I will."
"So, anything else?"
She wanted to report the that sohow influenced Ahyeon’s status level.
But she rembered her encounter Kim Bora.
[I didn’t see her after I ca out of the dungeon.]
Now that Wonhee rembered Kim Bora, she felt the urge to pull a prank on Yejun. "I t your ex-girlfriend."
"You t your future self?"
"What?"
"The only ex-girlfriend I’d have is you, Chu Wonhee– and you’d only beco my ex-girlfriend once you beco my fiancée."
Wonhee’s brain lagged for a mont.
[That was pretty smooth...]
But hey.
[Is this brat already thinking of marriage?]
"You’re getting ahead of yourself, Hwang Yejun," Wonhee said, and then she changed the topic right away. "I t Kim Bora, your forr Guide."
Yejun flinched. "Did she bully you?"
"I was actually the one who bullied her."
He looked thrilled for so reason. "Really?"
"I feel bad about it because she’s younger than us, and yet I said an things to her."
"What did you say to Kim Bora?"
"I told her that you’d still choose to save over her even though the System and the entire world were there to protect ," Wonhee confessed, ashad by her pettiness. "That was so petty of , wasn’t it?"
Yejun blinked, and then he burst out laughing. "That’s so cute of you, Wonhee-ya!"

"GUILDMASTER Hamin told President Kwon Jiwoong to get in Chu Wonhee’s good graces," Ruda said while brewing coffee. "I wonder if Guildmaster Hamin figured out the System’s blatant favoritism towards Chu Wonhee."
He didn’t hear a response, so he raised his head to look at his companion.
Lee Seodam was zipping up his puffer jacket, obviously getting ready to leave Ruda’s apartnt.
Hmm?
"Where are you going, Seodam?" Ruda asked, knitting his eyebrows. "Are you going to visit your family at your new house?"
"No," Seodam said indifferently, his eyes a bit colder than usual. "I’m going to et your uncle at the church, Ruda."
That "church?"
