"Nobody co near Guide Chu Wonhee!" the Administrator yelled. "She’s using an attack skill at the mont!"

"Our Hee-ya is a Guide," Semi said, confused. "Why does she have an attack skill?"
"Because she’s the Chu Wonhee!" the Administrator said as if saying that explained everything while furiously typing on invisible keypads. "According to the System, Guide Chu Wonhee used her to enter Hunter Belle Blanche’s ntal domain! Her body is here physically, but her consciousness is in another space!"
In another space?

From those pieces of information, Soobin ca to the conclusion that Bride trapped Hwang Yejun in a space where she could ntally torture him.
And his baby sister went to that dangerous place just for Hwang Yejun.
Soobin clenched his jaw.

WONHEE was actually nervous.
Belle Blanche was a World Ranker, one of the Top 10 Hunters at that.
But the fact that her beat the World Ranker’s illusionary world boosted her confidence big ti.
She rembered arriving at a dark and creepy room.
But when her was activated, everything beca bright.
Then she found herself in the familiar white room that made her feel calm.
And so she wouldn’t lose the montum, she had been chanting a few lines in her head again and again like a mantra.
[I’m lucky. I’m loved by the System. I’m the luckiest girl in the world.]
"Wonhee-ya, you’re so cool."
"No, I’m just lucky," Wonhee said, and then she imdiately checked on Yejun’s condition. "Are you alright, Yejun-ah? I heard you were being ntally tortured here..."
She trailed off when she saw it.
Big, fat tears rolled down Yejun’s cheeks.
[He’s crying...]
And it looked like Yejun was crying because he rembered sothing traumatic.
[He must have been ntally tortured really badly!]
"It’s okay, just cry," Wonhee said, cupping Yejun’s face between her hands. Then she gently wiped his tears with her fingers. "But don’t be afraid. I’m here now. You’ll be fine. I’ll get us out of here soon."
Yejun just continued crying while nodding his head like a child.
[So cute.]
"You’re not going anywhere, bitch— not with my new boy toy."
’Boy toy?’
Did that lady just call Yejun her ’boy toy’ as if he was an object and not a human being?
[How dare she...?]
Wonhee turned around to face Belle Blanche.
All the nervousness that she felt earlier had disappeared and was replaced by anger.
"I can’t believe a vile person like you was chosen to beco a Hunter," Wonhee said coldly, the anger in her chest rising. "Miss Blanche, you don’t deserve the power granted to you by the System."
"So what if I don’t "deserve" this power?" Belle Blanche asked sarcastically, laughing. "What are you gonna do about it?"
"I’ll take it from you."
"Really now?"
It was obvious that the lady didn’t believe Wonhee.
[Not that it matters.]
Wonhee didn’t care because her Status Window popped up in front of her.
[Would you like to activate your , Guide Chu Wonhee?
If you activate this skill, you gain the right to downgrade all of Hunter Belle Blanche’s abilities to any stat lower than S-Class. Since Hunter Belle Blanche is still alive, you cannot take away her powers completely. You can only do that to deceased Awakened People.
However, you do not have any limits or restrictions when it co to demoting an Awakened Person’s stat level.]
She kind of felt bitter.
[This is the first ti the System asked if I wanted to use the skill that it has been activating behind my back before.]
But it wasn’t the right ti to worry about that at the mont.
[At least, I have a better grasp of my ability now.]
Wonhee pressed the button on the Status Window, and then she gave Belle Blanche a cold look. "Miss Blanche, say goodbye to your status as an S-Class World Ranker— and say hello to your new rank as an F-Class Hunter."

YEJUN let out a gasp.
It wasn’t like he felt bad for the crazy woman.
But, as a Hunter, he flinched at the idea of being demoted to F-Class.
[It’s no different from being a Civilian since F-Class Hunters are just slightly stronger, a bit faster, and a little more special than ordinary people because of their abilities.]
That was already bad for a World Ranker.
Unfortunately for the crazy woman, Wonhee wasn’t done yet with her punishnt.
"Aside from getting demoted from S-Class to F-Class, all your skills will also be downgraded to F-Class," Wonhee said, dropping the bomb coldly. "Including your basic abilities, Miss Blanche."
Yejun covered his mouth with his hands when he gasped this ti.
He was a naturally awakened S-Class, and all his skills were already at S-Grade the very mont he awakened. When he reached his pri, all his skills leveled up to L-Grade. So, he was devastated when his L-Grade skills were downgraded to S-Grade after he snapped.
But, unlike him, the crazy World Ranker’s high-grade skills plumted to F-Grade just like that!
[Now I feel grateful that my skills were only downgraded to S-Grade and not F-Grade.]
Chu Wonhee was crazy.
Yejun smiled proudly.
[My kind of crazy.]

"YOU’RE demoting to F-Class and my abilities to F-Grade?" Belle Blanche, known as ’Bride’ in the Awakened World, laughed at Chu Wonhee. "Who do you think you are? A god?"
There was only one god Belle believed in.
[My liege.]
And her liege promised her that her Status Window was safe from the System.
Chu Wonhee may have been the ’kingmaker’ in the previous world.
[She’s nothing but a hatchling now, though. And that’s exactly why my liege wants to nip her reawakening in the bud.]
"I’m not a god," Chu Wonhee said calmly. "I’m the luckiest girl in the world, though."
Belle laughed sarcastically, but only for a mont.
And it was because her Status Window popped up in front of her.

"My liege!" Belle yelled desperately, clutching her head tight. "Please help ! You said the System can’t touch !"
Her Status Window popped up again.
But, this ti, the Status Window was black.
[You’re only safe from the System as long as Chu Wonhee doesn’t see you as an enemy. Why do you think we’re hiding our identities from her?]

"Then why did you send here, my liege?" Belle asked, confused. "You asked to torture Hwang Frost as much as I want if he refused to be mine. When you ordered to do that, you should have known that Chu Wonhee would automatically see as an enemy. So why...?"
[Don’t you get it? I sent you there to see how much Chu Wonhee have awakened. Now that we know what the current Chu Wonhee is capable of, your job there is done.]
Belle trembled in fear. "T-Then what will happen to now, my liege?"
[You’ll die if we talk about and our faction. You’ll die by Hwang Frost’s hands if he catches you. You’ll die either way— so why don’t you just go and kill yourself?]
