SOOBIN was having a headache.
He and Do Ahyeon already did everything they could to convince Wonhee that they weren’t lying.
They showed her the date to convince her that it had been months since she broke up with Lee Seodam. Then they showed her all the news that was related to her awakening as the first S-Class Guide in the world.
But Wonhee didn’t care about that.
[Hee-ya only cares about her break-up with Lee Seodam.]
"N-Noona, your Status Window," Do Ahyeon said awkwardly, obviously trying to change the subject after Wonhee said she wanted to see Lee Seodam. "C-Can you try summoning your Status Window? That s-should convince you that you’re a Guide now..."
Wonhee looked confused, but she didn’t reject the idea. "How do I do that?"
"Summoning our Status Windows cos natural to us," Soobin explained. "But since you don’t rember anything, try to call it verbally."
"O-Okay, Oppa," Wonhee said, and then she cleared her throat. "S-Status Window, please co out."
Soobin watched her baby sister carefully.
And then he realized that Wonhee couldn’t see anything because her eyes were busy looking around as if she was searching for sothing.
Dammit.
[System, why the hell can’t Hee-ya summon her Status Window?]
Sothing bad definitely happened.
"I don’t see anything, Oppa," Wonhee said, confused. And then she looked at Soobin with uncertain eyes. "Is sothing wrong with ?"
"Nothing is wrong with you, but I believe the System glitched or sothing," Soobin explained. "As I explained earlier, you and Hwang Yejun— Hwang Frost— used up your energy during your fight with a World Ranker. You turned into a toddler, then into a teenager, and now you’re back to your original age. But your mories of the recent events haven’t returned yet."
"It’s not that I don’t believe you, Oppa. The things that Oppa and Ahyeon showed are enough to make believe you," Wonhee said carefully. "Even the fact that I beca an exclusive Guide to Hwang Frost-ssi."
"I hear a ’but,’ Hee-ya."
"But I can’t believe that Seodam Oppa and I have already broken up."

It was the part that Soobin wasn’t able to explain to Wonhee properly.
More like he couldn’t.
[I actually don’t know why exactly they broke up.]
"Oppa, please let see Seodam Oppa first. I can’t think about anything else until I see him," Wonhee pleaded to Soobin, holding his hand while giving him the puppy-dog eyes that she knew he couldn’t resist. "Pretty please, Oppa?"
Soobin could only sigh and shake his head.

"HWANG YEJUN, you’re late!"
"Noona, not now," Yejun said indifferently, looking up at the thing that was causing Hwang Minsu to panic. "What happened?"
Hunter Belle Blanche aka Bride was locked up in their guild’s basent prison.
The basent prison was a huge training hall designed to lock up high-ranking Hunters. A glass wall separated the prison from the small room filled with CCTV caras.
Yejun and Minsu were in that room, observing Bride.
[That crazy woman looks like she’s being possessed by an evil spirit.]
Bride was floating in the air while surrounded by black miasma, her body twisted in an unnatural way.
The World Ranker’s eyes were pure white.
Oh.
"She’s done for," Yejun said bluntly. "She has no control over herself."
Right at that mont, his Status Window suddenly popped up.
[Hunter Hwang Yejun, the System asks you to eliminate Hunter Belle Blanche.
Unfortunately, Hunter Belle Blanche is too late to be saved. Both her Status Window and physical body have been poisoned by the Virus. Killing Hunter Belle Blanche will ensure that the Virus in her system won’t explode and infect other people.]

Yejun almost forgot about that part of her job.

"Wonhee is unwell at the mont, Noona. I’ll explain it later," Yejun said, patting Hwang Minsu’s back gently. "Noona, make sure the CCTVs are working properly."
"What are you going to do?"
"I’m going to kill that crazy woman."
Hwang Minsu knitted her eyebrows. "Is that the System’s judgnt?"
"Yeah," Yejun said, nodding. "See you later, Noona."
And then he teleported inside the prison.
As soon as he stepped inside the room, he felt goosebumps all over his body.
Yejun smirked while looking up at the crazy woman. "I’m in a bad mood, so let’s end this quickly."
He then stomped his foot on the floor, causing hundreds of ice spears to erge from the ground.
Of course, all those ice spears pierced through the World Ranker’s body.
[Should I use that technique?]
"Since Wonhee isn’t here..." Yejun whispered to himself, sneering. "Let’s use that cruel technique I haven’t used in a while."

"SEON EUNSEOK, why didn’t you tell about that candy?" Semi asked her son sternly. "Who gave you that?"
Do Ahyeon already left after giving them all the information he gathered.
[Soobin called Do Ahyeon, so I have no choice but to let him go.]
"Eomma, why would I tell you about it?" Eunseok said, obviously sulking. "It’s just a candy."
"It wasn’t just a candy."
"How would I know that, Eomma? I’m not a Hunter!"
"Seon Eunseok, don’t raise your voice at your mother," Chang-ho scolded their son. "We are just worried about you, son."
Eunseok kept his mouth shut, but it was clear that the boy was sulking.
Haaah.
Fortunately, Hamin excused himself and lent his office to their family.
"Let’s go ho first," Semi said sternly. "I’ll check the candy at my lab. But before that, tell who gave you those candies, Seon Eunseok."
Eunseok avoided her gaze. "I don’t want to, Eomma."
