He wouldn’t have asked Grandpa Yeon Suk-yong to bring Soline there just for so small-fry corpses.
But he also didn’t specify to Soline how many corpses she had to "read."

"I’ve never had these many corpses I had to "read" all at once," Soline said, crossing her arms over her chest. "Moreover, one of them was even an S-Class Hunter."

Yejun acted like he was zipping up his mouth. "My bad, Noona."

Yep, that was how complicated Soline’s was.

"Yes, sir."
"Forget about it— I have a job for you," Hwang Yejun said casually. "Lee Cheongsan is waiting at the school gate. He’ll drive you ho. Once you get ho, pack your things. Lee Cheongsan will then drive you to the house of the person I need you to guard for a week."
"Is this an official job, sir?"

Seojin nodded eagerly, and then he rembered that they weren’t alone in the classroom. "Uhm, sir. Why do you need to talk to my friend?"
"Isn’t your friend a famous online strear or sothing who’s obsessed with high-ranking Hunters?"
"Yes, sir. He’s known as ’Dice.’"
"I need Dice’s expertise," Hwang Yejun said, his gaze going past Seojin. And then he smiled at Doyun. "Co here, Mr. Expert."
For so reason, Seojin felt a shiver down his spine.
[He’s not going to kill my friend, is he?]

"UHM, HUNTER Hwang Frost-nim, I’m really a big fan of yours. But you’re kinda scaring ..."

Hwang Yejun raised an eyebrow while crossing his arms over his chest. "You didn’t sound scared every ti you tried to rip off."
As expected, Hong Dohyun avoided his gaze. "I don’t understand what you’re saying, sir."
"Oh. You’ve already forgotten when you tried to sell a copy of the CCTV footage from Lee Seojin’s house for five billion won?"
This ti, the kid turned pale...
... and he foolishly tried to run away.
Yejun teleported in the blink of an eye, and then he grabbed Hong Doyun at the back of his neck before the kid could even open the door. "Didn’t I tell you I could grab you by your neck if I wanted to, Pineapple?"
Hong Doyun swallowed hard, and then he lowered his gaze— acting like a kicked puppy.

Yes, this kid was ’Pineapple’— the most annoying mber of the rebel group ’Watchdog Pack.’
Pineapple was like a human CCTV, after all.
[He has skills that make it seem like he has eyes everywhere.]
"You might be in high school, but you’re already an adult," Yejun said. And, yes, he was trying to scare the "kid." "I can put you in jail for hiding the fact that you’re an Awakened Person. Heck, you’re even a B-Class Hunter."

To be honest, Yejun already knew about Pineappel’s real identity even before he snapped.
He had just forgotten about it when he lost his mind.
But the better he got because of Wonhee, the clearer his mories beca. That was how he rembered everything about Pineapple’s real identity aside from his school.
Hong Doyun’s pupils trembled once again. "T-Then why didn’t you arrest ?"
"Do you think I have the ti to arrest little rebels like you?"
To be honest, the Watchdog Pack may be labeled as a rebel group.
[But only because they oppose APA’s ridiculous laws, so I don’t really see them as a threat.]

Hong Doyun imdiately shook his head, obviously scared. "I-I’ll do whatever you ask as long as you promise not to reveal my identity, sir. Please!"
"That depends if you do a good job."
"I-I will work hard, sir!"
"Good," Yejun said, letting go of the punk’s neck. "I want you to find everything you can about the classmate who scamd Seon Eunseok. Their family runs a candy business, but they suddenly disappear. Semi Noona’s people are already looking for them, but to no avail. But, if it’s you, I’m sure you can find them easily."
Hong Doyun turned serious, and then he nodded his head. "I’ll do my best, sir."

YEJUN HAD already taken care of most of the things that he needed to take care of to ensure Wonhee’s safety while he was away from her.
And, now, there was only one thing left to do.

Park Ruda made a disgusted face. "What do you want from , Hwang Yejun?"
