"Mr. Su, please get in the car!"
Downstairs at the Nanhe Community, Deng Jie stood respectfully in front of a black business vehicle, speaking with a very professional deanor to Su Qing.
Just a mont ago, he received a call from Shen Yi, saying she wanted to invite him to dinner. "Where are we going?" Su Qing asked, as he was unaware of the destination; all Shen Yi said was soone would co to pick him up.
"President Shen has reserved a table at a newly opened restaurant next to the company. Mr. Su, I've never seen President Shen invite a man to dinner like this. You're the first," Deng Jie's words were suggestive yet subtle.
Not too deep, but it left Su Qing with the impression that Shen Yi cared about him.
It must be said, the way people in the workplace talk is indeed sothing a young person like him can't compare to.
Hearing this, Su Qing just forced a sowhat embarrassed smile, "I see, President Shen is too kind."
At these words, Deng Jie shook her head slightly. She could sense Su Qing's naivety, seeing as he was a bit nervous since getting in the car. As soon as Su Qing and Deng Jie reached the second floor, they saw in a corner, a man dressed in a suit with an impressive deanor sitting across from Shen Yi, saying sothing.
"Boss Xu, the company's matters aren't for alone to decide. Besides, I have an appointnt today, and occupying a seat without my consent is sowhat disrespectful,"
In response, Shen Yi, dressed in a black long dress, stunningly beautiful, said calmly. Her fingers were interlocked in front of her, leaning back in her chair, with a facade that showed no emotion—completely different from the face she showed Su Qing—embodying a typical strong career woman.
The man's na was Xu Feng, in his thirties, also the owner of a company in the comrcial building. They had t before, and he had the idea of investing in their company, even suggesting collaboration on so projects. For a newly established company, it indeed seed like a valuable opportunity, yet Shen Yi hadn't agreed. Unexpectedly today, while waiting for Su Qing here, she coincidentally ran into him.
