He was just about to shut the entire misunderstanding down when he heard the goblins whispering among themselves in their native tongue.

"That demonkin is fierce... imagine having more than one demon woman."

"I want to say he’s crazy, but looking at him... he has the makings of a true demon lord."

"Have you seen the size of his horns? No wonder..."

"Crazy. Even I wouldn’t dare that. The last chief had two goblin wives and he died."

"No wonder demonkin rule this continent. They’re too fierce."

Damon slowly closed his mouth.

The admiration in their voices was unmistakable.

If he denied it now...

His aura would collapse.

His reputation would crumble before it even began.

And Damon had too much ego for that.

After all...

He was the Dominator.

One day he might even rule this entire continent.

"...Oh, them?" Damon said casually.

He wrapped an arm around Renata’s waist.

"They’re nothing special. Just so of my won."

He waved his hand dismissively.

"I didn’t feel like bringing them all."

The goblins’ eyes widened.

Their minds practically exploded.

To them, having many won wasn’t shaful, it ant you were powerful. Fierce and dominant.

Renata quietly pinched Damon behind his back for grabbing her rear.

Damon didn’t even flinch.

The sun dipped lower in the sky, casting golden light over him.

His large demon horns glead.

The wind stirred his cloak as he stood there calmly, looking every bit like a conquering warlord.

The goblins stared in awe.

Damon unknowingly executed a perfect Sun-Kissed Technique.

And in that mont, to the goblins of the Horn Tribe...

He looked exactly like a future demon lord.

A familiar chi rang inside Damon’s head.

[Aura Farming Lv.5]

The system itself seed proud.

His Aura Farming had increased by a full level.

Just like that, the Dominator had begun his return to the Demon Continent.

When he first stepped onto this land, he had nothing to his na. Only the clothes on his back... and four beautiful flowers walking beside him.

Now?

He had already gained a small warband of goblins.

Damon felt his heart swell with excitent. His demonic energy churned within him, restless and eager for what was to co.

With the sun still high in the sky, the group began their journey toward Trace.

Damon kept a low profile as they walked.

His face was widely known.

Thankfully, he had been smart enough to change his hair color to white before leaving. If soone recognized him here, things would beco troubleso very quickly.

After all...

He was also one of the heroes of the Goddess Races.

"So," Damon said casually as they walked into a wide adow where the road beca faint and overgrown. "What’s your goal in Trace?"

Gabo smiled.

The young goblin rested his sword across his shoulder.

"The Goddess Races have started another invasion," he said.

"Like they always do."

He shrugged.

"They’re weak losers though. Their invasions never go far. They always fail at the Black Mountains."

Damon had heard of them.

The Black Mountains were infamous.

A massive mountain range stretching hundreds of kiloters in every direction.

It was a natural fortress.

For the Goddess Race strategists, it had beco the stuff of nightmares.

Breaking through those mountains during a war was nearly impossible.

They had once attempted to destroy part of the range with large-scale magic. The result was only a single narrow pass.

The demons had imdiately fortified it.

Now the pass was covered with ancient seals, massive fortresses, and an endless network of tunnels beneath the mountains.

A perfect defensive nightmare.

’If we ever broke through that range...’ Damon thought quietly. ’The demons would be completely exposed.’

Gabo continued talking.

"The Snake Temple has called for a tournant," he said excitedly. "They’re selecting heroes of the demon races."

"Anyone can enter."

"The rewards are incredible. Ancient treasures and—"

He suddenly paused.

Then he leaned closer to Damon and whispered.

"Apparently... there’s going to be a fragnt of the Great Demon Lord of Domination."

Damon’s heart skipped a beat.

A fragnt...

Of Ashcroft.

"What?" Damon asked carefully. "Isn’t that dangerous?"

Gabo nodded.

"Of course it is. Recently the Snake Temple has been collecting wandering fragnts all over the world."

"They’re gathering them into one place."

He raised his hand and began counting.

"So far they’ve recovered both of the Great Demon Lord’s wings... and several of his ribs."

"Whoever wins the tournant gets them."

Gabo laughed and placed his hands on his waist.

"Even if you can’t absorb them, they can still be used as magical artifacts. The power inside them can strengthen bloodlines and increase power."

Damon’s eyes narrowed.

Ashcroft’s fragnts.

Wings.

Ribs.

If those had been found already...

Then the spine was probably sowhere nearby too.

If he absorbed all of them...

He would gain even more fragnts of the Domination Attribute.

His strength might even be forcefully pushed up an entire rank.

’I still haven’t figured out what my Domain will be,’ Damon thought calmly.

’But so what?’

’If I can’t form my own... I’ll just steal Ashcroft’s.’

A faint smile appeared on his lips.

After all...

He was a Usurper.

His eyes shone with a greedy light.

Now he absolutely had to go to Trace.

Who would have thought the Demon Continent was hiding such a treasure?

He almost felt like thanking them.

He needed power.

Desperately.

Especially for what was coming.

Gabo suddenly crouched and touched the grass in the adow while thinking.

"I also heard a rumor," he said.

"That Amon is actually Ashcroft reborn."

Damon blinked.

Gabo continued casually.

"They say all these fragnts are being gathered so Amon can absorb them and fight that evil hero from the Goddess Races."

Damon tilted his head.

"Hm. Evil hero? Who’s that?"

Gabo’s expression instantly darkened.

His teeth clenched.

"Who else could it be?" he spat.

"That shaless, dishonorable, cowardly scum..."

"Damon Grey."

Damon froze.

His hands trembled slightly.

Wh—

Who on the Demon Continent had been slandering him like this?

"Oh," Damon said slowly, forcing his voice to stay calm.

"I see."

"Damon Grey..."

He glanced at Gabo.

"Tell more."

Gabo cracked his knuckles.

"Oh, I have a lot to say about that bastard."
