Bella did not try to physically resist.
Everything she did was only through words.
She replied, "I need the power of your Heavenly Destruction Lightning."
Hearing that, Victor beca even more curious as he continued staring into her eyes.
"It’s to recharge the energy of my inheritance treasure. Although any kind of energy can be used, to truly awaken it, it needs one of the Heavenly Lightnings."
"Where is the treasure now?" Victor asked.
"It’s still in its original place."
"You still haven’t taken it?" Victor was surprised.
"You think it’s so random item that can simply be carried away? Without energy, it’s just a dead object, but its material isn’t sothing that can be moved easily."
"Ohhh..." Victor nodded.
It was a top-tier artifact.
Even in its inactive state, their current strength was apparently still insufficient to move it.
"Alright then, take there now," Victor said while releasing her waist.
"Follow !" Bella imdiately stood up and glanced at him with eyes that were difficult to describe.
She did not head outside. Instead, she walked down a staircase leading underground within the castle.
It was dark, only becoming illuminated after Bella released a strand of blue lightning as a light source.
And apparently, the staircase was extrely long.
"Faster," Bella said as she increased her pace.
Victor matched her speed.
Only after ten minutes did they finally reach the end of the staircase.
What Victor found was not a gate or anything similar, but a cluster of golden lightning.
Strangely, the lightning appeared ta and devoid of power, as though it were rely light shaped like lightning.
Bella did not stop.
She stepped directly into the cluster of lightning, so Victor followed after her.
Nothing happened, clearly because Bella had ordered the lightning not to attack him.
Victor knew very well that they were actually extrely dangerous.
After passing through the lightning, they arrived inside a clean white chamber.
Victor saw a table in the center and a blue stone resting atop it, covered in countless glowing inscriptions that looked alive yet moved slowly.
"So this is the Thunder Source?" Victor said.
Its appearance was completely different from what he had imagined.
"You know my inheritance treasure is the Thunder Source..." Bella looked surprised.
"Soone told . A lot of people covet it. Naturally, they know what it is," Victor replied.
Bella frowned slightly.
"They all failed, and they know it’s bound to . No one would think of stealing it."
"Of course. That would be impossible," Bella answered.
She walked toward the object and placed her hand on it, gently caressing it.
For a brief mont, her eyes seed to recall the past.
"Channel your Heavenly Destruction Lightning into it," she said.
"Of course..."
Victor released the black lightning toward the stone—the Thunder Source.
It imdiately absorbed the black lightning like water flowing into a bottomless hole.
He sent even more black lightning, and every bit of it was absorbed instantly.
The lightning that should have been terrifying no longer seed frightening at all.
Rumble!
Victor suddenly heard an incredibly loud rumble coming from the Thunder Source, so loud that his heart imdiately began pounding heavily.
It intimidated him, making him feel uneasy and nervous.
At that mont, light began radiating from it.
Whoosh!
Suddenly, it floated into the air before Bella raised her hand, causing it to fly toward her palm.
The mont it landed on her hand, it seed to lt and rge into her skin.
The glowing inscriptions from the stone appeared across Bella’s hand before moving toward her heart and vanishing.
At that mont, Victor could feel an enormous flow of energy pouring into Bella’s body.
Her body should not have been capable of absorbing such an amount of energy.
Only the Thunder Source could accomplish that.
Now that it had awakened, it could gather energy on its own.
Even the golden lightning outside was being absorbed by it—or more accurately, the lightning willingly allowed itself to be absorbed in order to strengthen Bella.
And in the end, Bella’s aura beca overwhelmingly powerful.
It was no longer the aura of a young genius, but that of a peak cultivator who had accumulated power over countless years.
Victor could feel imnse danger coming from her.
Yet despite that, he fearlessly reached for her hand.
"How do you feel?" Victor asked.
Bella looked at the hand holding hers.
There was no discomfort on her face. She rely gave him a cold stare.
"I feel like I could crush you with a single punch," she replied.
Victor only smiled bitterly upon hearing that.
Instead of fear, he beca even bolder.
He wrapped an arm around her waist and pulled her into his embrace.
"You’re still so fierce," he said.
"But when you’re angry, you beco even more beautiful and captivating."
Bella, "..."
"Hmph." The woman snorted softly.
Even the breath escaping her nose carried a pleasant fragrance.
Victor did not make her wait any longer. He kissed her lips.
There was no rejection, even though Bella’s eyes widened.
She was only surprised and embarrassed, yet she allowed his lips to aggressively press and suck against hers.
Eventually, her hands began holding Victor’s body as well.
Victor broke the kiss while smiling at her.

"Bastard," the woman replied, annoyed at being called shy.
Perhaps because of her emotions and everything else, she finally returned Victor’s embrace before kissing him back.
Victor could not have been happier.
Bella could never be like Alexandra, who remained shy all the ti.
