The dark red girl disappeared into the crowd, the reassuring sound lingering in her ears, and a warmth quietly spread over her heart, moistening her once dry eyes.

The sound of protest continued to echo from the crowd, as the young people with fiery resolve watched helplessly as the Demon walked towards the Land Air Vehicle. Seeing that he was about to walk free again, they could only shout in anger and frustration as the Mountain Crow family mbers blocked their way.
Suddenly, two round tal boxes were thrown into the crowd amidst the chaos. A sharp-eyed mber of the Mountain Crow family spotted the 'Dark Night Walker' insignia on the boxes and imdiately realized sothing, wanting to warn the people nearby, but it was too late. The white smoke gushed out, quickly engulfing the surging crowd, and the outlines of the companions around grew blurred.
People scread, pushed and shoved, their footsteps mixed, children's cries echoed, and the scene beca extrely chaotic in an instant.
"What is this!?" A gun-wielding mber of the Mountain Crow family quickly pointed his weapon forward. The smoke reached his face, causing a strong physiological reaction, his tears streaming uncontrollably as he coughed, covering his face.
At this mont, a figure lurking in the mist erged, the Night Owl-masked youth let out a sneer, thrusting an electric shock box shaped like an electric shaver straight at the man's neck. The latter didn't even have ti to groan before collapsing in the bright white electric light.
"Soone is attacking!" shouted his companion beside him, as he unwittingly noticed a tall girl approaching, twisting her neck and adjusting her shoulders, stepping through the turbulent crowd.
"Who are you!"
The man widened his eyes, greeted by an iron fist tearing through the air right before him.
The man's entire body was sent flying, crashing into the floating Land Air Vehicle behind him, shifting it slightly. The piercing alarm sound tore through the dense fog, and just before he lost consciousness, he saw his companions being taken down one by one in the mist. anwhile, the girl wearing a gas mask was talking to soone:
"It's your turn, the outer mbers of the Mountain Crow family will soon be here, Callia,"
Noticing that the man wasn't fully unconscious, the girl squatted down, raising the still fuming tal box to his mouth: "Try it, our special make."
The man was montarily overwheld by the pungent gas rushing to his head: "You, you crazy bastards..."
At the sa ti, Chichu Tianyi, having lost the Mountain Crow family bodyguards in the chaos, was slithering cautiously on the ground, muttering vile curses under his breath, not wishing to be noticed by the angry crowd.
"Damn it, is the Mountain Crow family slacking off? Didn't they check the people on this street, allowing those lunatics to get this close."
He'd heard of the 'Dark Night Walker', a gang that suddenly rose to fa a month ago in Dragonfly Town, robbing the rich to help the poor, resisting injustices for those trapped in oppression and darkness. They would kidnap the wicked who escaped justice, ensuring a horrific fate as part of common underworld tactics, their bodies hung in prominent places as a warning after death.
He had initially dismissed this gang as re trivialities during his ti confined at the office, never expecting them to be bold enough to act right under the Mountain Crow family's noses, knowing full well who he was in the family.
To voice for the innocent, declaring war on the high and mighty, seeking justice through violence where justice could not prevail, these people are nothing but madn with their naive, laughable ideologies.

One of the Mountain Crow family's bodyguards pounced to shield him from the angry mob, and soone behind him grabbed his collar, pulling him up off the ground as a calm female voice said:
"Mr. Chichu Tianyi, co with us, get out of here quickly."
Chichu Tianyi nodded eagerly like grabbing a lifeline, though sowhat puzzled inside, as won generally held low positions in the Mountain Crow family, mostly seen as accessories or tools apart from the Patriarch's wife, used at will as rewards.
But he had no ti to dwell on it now, with lunatics eager to tear him apart right behind him. He quickly followed the girl in front of him, sprinting towards the nearby Land Air Vehicle as the frenzied crowd erged from the white smoke, only to be tackled to the ground one after another by bodyguards like feral ghouls. He finally grasped the aning of his father's oft-repeated phrase:

The bodyguards being dragged into the crowd shouted with all their might. Chichu Tianyi smirked coldly, he knew damn well to get moving, rather than staying here to die. Mountain Crow family's dogs were loyal, subservient to the family for their entire lives.
Finally, after what felt like the longest ti in Chichu Tianyi's life, he sat inside the Jeep, inhaling the fragrance of leather mingled with sandalwood and cedar, tracing the texture of the leather seats. An unprecedented sense of relief made him exhale, casting a disdainful glance at the crowd pounding on the windows, taunting with a sneer.
"Look at the foolish faces of these people. Once I get back to the Chichu family, I'll make these damn peasants pay. They soiled my clothes, and I'll have soone break all their joints, let them watch as they're cented into posts!"
After a string of curses, noticing the Jeep hadn't yet moved, Chichu Tianyi frowned, leaning back with his arms crossed, giving the front seat a hefty kick:
"Drive."
The girl in front did not respond to him, silently tuning the car radio, while Chichu Tianyi caught the chaotic communications of the Mountain Crow family's branch.
"Mr. Chichu Tianyi, where is he now!?"
"Unclear, keep looking, plant spike strips at critical road junctions, bring over the armored vehicles, ensure we intercept Mr. Chichu Tianyi before those lunatics disappear!"
What were they talking about?
Aren't I sitting right here in the car?
Chichu Tianyi's peripheral vision caught the Mountain Crow family bodyguards, hamring on the windows with fear in their eyes, looking inside the vehicle.

A touch of hope glimred in Chichu Tianyi's eyes, harboring no malintent towards soone ranked higher within the underworld, where insubordination t harsh retribution of having one's tongue removed, teeth crushed, and face branded.
"Let go, it's , Young Master, release ."
Callia frowned: "What Young Master, call Callia, and I'm here to send you to Hell."
Chichu Tianyi received another solid strike from the baseball bat, the dull thud extinguishing his consciousness. The Jeep accelerated, ramming through the crowd, smashing through the encircling Land Air Vehicle ahead and breaking free from the surrounding siege.
