Now *this* was true innocent seduction.

An unintentional movent, yet so alluring it could make a person lose their ability to think.

Jiangg Yao felt languid as well. She had worked all day, and now, changed into her comfiest clothes and lying in bed talking with Chen Yuan, she was enjoying a rare mont of bliss.

She didn't have to think while scrolling through short videos, and the bedroom seed to have a warm, magnetic field. She suddenly felt all soft and cuddly, and her heart softened too.

Chen Yuan lifted his head and stared at her blankly.

Yaoyao furrowed her brows in confusion.

"What are you looking at?"

Perhaps he looked a little too dazed. In that instant, Jiangg Yao found Chen Yuan rather cute. She reached out to pinch the Young Master's cheek and said, "What are you looking at?~ What are you looking at?~ Why aren't you saying anything?"

"Looking at you."

"Ugh, this position is uncomfortable. My back's a little sore. I need to change how I'm lying to use my phone."

"Okay."

Chen Yuan closed his eyes and continued to ponder. 'How can I find an excuse to check if Yaoyao really got bigger...?'

"How about I hold you for a bit while we rest?" Jiangg Yao suddenly suggested.

"How?"

"Like this. I'll lean against the headboard, and you can lie in my arms," Jiangg Yao said, tugging on Chen Yuan's arm. She pulled the blanket over them, their bodies overlapping. Lowering her head, she could see Chen Yuan with his eyes closed. "This is so warm. Why are you so hot?"

"Maybe guys just have higher body temperatures," Chen Yuan said, opening his eyes again.

'Honestly, the view from this angle is even more outrageous.'

She ruffled Chen Yuan's hair, adjusted the pillow behind her, and lay back comfortably, letting out a contented sigh.

The room fell silent once more. The lights were off.

Fortunately, once one's eyes fully adjusted to the dimness, their vision was only slightly worse than normal.

When Jiangg Yao opened her fan group chat again, there were already 999 new ssages. Many people had tagged Yaoyao, asking her what was up with the "child."

Jiangg Yao's shoulders trembled with amusent. How could they believe such a silly lie?

Suddenly, an idea sparked in her mind.

"Young Master, give your hand."

"What for?"

"Just give it here. You'll see in a second."

"Alright."

Chen Yuan was so lazy he didn't even want to move his hand. He was in such a peaceful state that even if the world were ending and the sky were falling outside, he would probably just lie there quietly watching until the storm swept him away too.

A mont later, Jiangg Yao grasped his hand, intertwining their fingers.

Against his hand, Yaoyao's looked slender and pale, so delicate.

Then she started angling her phone, moving it around, her expression surprisingly serious.

"What are you doing?"

"Don't move!"

The sharp warning made Chen Yuan freeze.

"Stay just like you were. Don't look at ," Jiangg Yao added.

"Okay, then."

With a CLICK, the phone's cara flash went off, nearly blinding Chen Yuan. It felt like a bolt of lightning had flashed right above his head.

"Whoa! This picture ca out so good."

Jiangg Yao gazed at the screen, at the image of their intertwined fingers. Her slender fingers were clasped tightly in Chen Yuan's large hand, with the light-blue, elephant-patterned blanket underneath. Chen Yuan was turned, showing half of his face, his eyes closed from the flash. The light made his eyelashes look especially long. He had a high nose bridge, and his bangs fell across his forehead.

Chen Yuan already had the kind of handsoness that was all about his vibe, and Yaoyao's photo undoubtedly captured it with an even greater sense of texture and style.

Of course, she hadn't just taken the picture for fun. She posted it in her fan group.

She was showing off to all her "sisters" in the group.

She added a caption: "Look, my baby's gotten so big. Raising him is really tough."

'This was just brazenly flaunting their relationship!'

The entire group chat instantly exploded. The won, who had been happily chatting just a mont before, collectively spamd ellipses ("...") to show how speechless they were. But of course, they didn't forget to zoom in on the picture and admire it carefully.

Many fans knew Jiangg Yao had gotten into a relationship before the New Year, and so had even seen photos.

This second picture was just as captivating to the won, who were born gossips.

Watching them feign contempt while seething with envy, their tone dripping with jealousy, with so even sending sarcastic congratulations, Jiangg Yao couldn't stop laughing.

"What are you suddenly laughing about?" Chen Yuan was full of questions.

"Nothing," Jiangg Yao said, tossing her phone aside. She peppered his face with kisses, stunning him. "You're so cute. Mama loves you."

"Are you crazy?!"

Chen Yuan's face instantly turned red.

"Aww, don't be angry, Young Master. Co, let Mama give you a hug."

"Get lost!!!"

...

They had been dating for a while now. Chen Yuan, so green at the beginning, could no longer be said to be at an infantile level. He at least had so practical experience and was beginning to understand the adult world more fully.

This was all thanks to the two sisters being his teachers.

Both in his studies and in his life.

However, that outrageous form of address still completely broke his composure.

He could never, ever understand it when he scrolled past posts where so netizens would do sothing as absurd as calling a female content creator they didn't even know "Mama," and they'd do it publicly in the comnts section.

Moreover, he had heard Liu Nan explain on more than one occasion that so couples, in the course of their relationship, would have their partner call them "Daddy" or the like.

'What, is using that kind of address supposed to feel good or sothing!?'

He couldn't accept it at all. Every ti he saw it, he would frown.

That was why he was reacting like a cat whose tail had just been stepped on.

Jiangg Yao was stunned, not because he had snapped at her, but because Chen Yuan's face had instantly turned as red as a boiled shrimp, the blush spreading from his cheeks all the way down to the base of his neck.

"Are you okay, Young Master? Why such a strong reaction...?" she asked with concern.

"I'm perfectly fine. Just don't call yourself that ever again."

"Call myself what?"

"Just... you know, that!" Chen Yuan threw off the blanket and shuffled a few feet away from her.

"Oh... I think I get what you an. You don't want to call myself 'Mama'?"

"Right."

"Why?"

"There's no why. Don't you think it's weird? Isn't calling 'baby' or 'honey' good enough?"

"Okay then, we just won't ntion that na from now on..."

Jiangg Yao was taken aback and quickly agreed.

She had just said it on a whim, carrying on the joke she was making with her friends in the group chat. Besides, during a relationship, it was true that won often felt a surge of maternal love for their boyfriends. It was a hormonal thing.

Won are naturally prone to flashes of maternal instinct—sotis towards pets, sotis towards their boyfriends.

It wasn't that strange; there was a whole set of serious scientific argunts to back it up.

She just thought Chen Yuan was very cute.

"There, there," she said, patting his head. "Just keep lying down. I won't say it anymore, okay? I'll never say it again."

Jiangg Yao soothed Chen Yuan for a long while before he finally cald down a bit, the red fading from his cheeks.

The faint sense of unease in his heart vanished, but in its place, his sleepiness was completely gone. He was wide awake now.

"By the way, Young Master, there's sothing I've been wanting to ask you."

"What is it?"

"It's... well, you know I have so ntal health issues... You can tell the difference between and Ningning, right?"

"Of course. It's obvious."

Chen Yuan gave her a slightly surprised look.

When they were alone together, they rarely talked about this identity issue. He always felt that Jiangg was deliberately avoiding the topic, perhaps afraid he would treat her like a patient.

Now, she had finally brought it up herself.

'Finally,' Chen Yuan thought, 'the day has co for her to open up.'

"So, between and Ningning... whose personality do you like more?"

"??? What kind of question is that?"

"An unimportant one," Jiangg Yao said, her eyes darting away. "But you have to answer seriously. I really care about this."

"..."

'Chen Yuan was a bit stumped. One person, two personalities—does it make a difference which one you like?'

'Or does it an that if this condition is cured, one of the personalities will be completely eliminated?'
