Tearing open a few at random, she saw that a lot of the clothes were things Ningning had bought for Chen Yuan: sweatshirts, long pants, and scarves for the next season...

Jiangg Yao scoffed. ’What value is there in a store-bought scarf? Not like mine, purely hand-knit, which took so, so long to make.’

Jiangg Yao gathered the packaging trash into a bag, carried it out, and locked her front door again. She went all the way down to the underground garage, threw out the trash, and then got in her car.
"Qingyang Road, Sony flagship store..."
She set the destination in her GPS, muttering to herself:
"Okay, so I should pick up everyone first, then swing by the flagship store to buy the headphones, and finally, we can all go get the gifts together."

Jiangg Yao slowly started the engine and sped off.

"Oh, Yaoyao, you’re here! Want so takoyaki? I just bought it, it’s still hot." A girl with a baby face, Ran Yu, turned her head and imdiately ran over when she saw her.
"Don’t you dare take my spot in the front. I get carsick," said another girl, whose long legs were bare despite the winter weather. Her words were muffled by the food in her mouth.
Only the girl next to them, dressed in a white down jacket, didn’t fight for a spot, following quietly behind.
"No thanks, I’m still full from lunch."
Jiangg Yao casually moved a box of tissues from the passenger seat to let Ran Yu sit down.
However, she was completely unaware of the shock she’d given the quiet girl when she turned, revealing her full profile as she tidied up inside the car.
Li Bing froze on the spot, her steps faltering. She stared at Jiangg Yao in confusion.

One had to sort out Wan’s social circle.
First, there was Ran Yu. The baby-faced girl was one of the popular maids at a maid cafe. In the past, when Wan said she was going to the cafe to see a friend, that "friend" was her.
After Li Bing started working part-ti at the shop, she also quickly built a good relationship with her older colleague, often borrowing cosplay outfits from her.

"No, she’s not coming. You know how I often ask Wan to hang out with ? My sister said she wanted to thank her."
"That’s so nice of her! In that case, let keep you company from now on, Yaoyao!"
"I think you just want a gift."
"Hee hee hee, don’t expose ."
