If they couldn’t kill it, why not first destroy its “hiding place”?
Since it had the advantages of three creatures, it likely had at least three corresponding weaknesses, right?
Without the cover of shadows during the day, at least the vampire part of it wouldn’t be able to cause harm, and the sunlight could weaken and possibly debilitate the vampire trait.
“Relax, we can defeat it!”

Replace them with those skilled in trap tactics and explosive handling, also get five speed-type lee as reinforcents for the dungeon!
