Ti to go ho, Little Oer The newly-appointed “Curator Assistant” Lady Triss quickly arrived at the lower staff hall, escorted by her Iron Beetle Assistant.
She spotted Murphy at once, deep in thought at the entrance of the hall.
Despite his best efforts to hide it, the shock and distress on Murphy’s face couldn’t escape Triss’s eyes.
Although his Psychic Shackles had been lifted with newfound authority, returning his Spiritual Energy, the body of the Spiritual Overlord was still sowhat frail due to “energy formatting.”
Triss was indeed very clever.
After gaining authority, she intuitively communicated with the Iron Beetle and fetched a hover wheelchair from the visitor’s hall equipnt room.
She sat on it with glee, cosplaying so professor.
Apparently, she treated this technological artifact as a Psychic Item, and it moved forwards or backwards with her gestures.

For so reason, Triss also adorned herself with a pair of rimless glasses on her nose bridge, instantly transforming her from the mysterious posture of a Blood Vulture Duke to a modern and even futuristically stylish urban woman.
Aside from the crimson pupils hidden behind her glasses, the Triss in front of him was almost indistinguishable from the aloof white-collar ladies in Murphy’s mory.
This refreshingly changed attire filled the eyes of the Vampire Lord with admiration.

As for what he did before that, I suppose only Lord Paryen might have the answer to that question.”
“I know.”
Murphy rubbed his temples, climbed into Triss’s hover wheelchair to sit with her, and wearily rested his head on her shoulder, deep in thought.
Several seconds later, he spoke softly:
“Before becoming the Duke, Lord Salockdale was a pilot—no, that’s not accurate—he piloted spaceships capable of atmospheric flight.
He was the Chief Navigator elected by a place called ‘Eden District,’ which sounds quite impressive.
No wonder he managed to beco the Duke; such an experience alone is astonishing.
Also, our Chief Salockdale and Lady Oksana of the Thorn Clan were actually husband and wife, formally married, and it seems their marital life was not so happy, often quarreling.”
“Wait a second!”
Triss was utterly baffled by what Murphy had revealed when the Spiritual Overlord suddenly jerked, placing her hand over Murphy’s mouth, her eyes wide as she asked:
“If you’re not suddenly going mad or telling an unfunny Blood race joke, does that an you’ve discovered so secrets about the pre-Era here in the Land of Holy Blood?
And these secrets involve both Lord Salockdale and Lady Oksana?”
“Three!”
Murphy closed his eyes, while trying to adjust to the shock, then continued:
“And Duke of Mad Blood, Vite Fatu.
The previous curator of this place was him, or more precisely, the him from before the Era.
I don’t believe the Duke of Mad Blood, sealed in the Land of Holy Blood for a thousand years, is the sa person he once was.
Just like Chief Salockdale is no longer the Chief Navigator from the records, the fog of the changing Eras must have done sothing, permanently altering them as well as the entire world.”
“What else do you know?
Co on, talk!
Don’t leave hanging!”
Triss was astounded.
She never expected that her little Murphy would bring back such explosive news after just one trip to the Land of Holy Blood.
She was eager to know more, but Murphy just shook his head, saying:
“The Wolf People indeed have a strong ‘heritage claim’ to the Polluted Swamp; Hog’s ancestors really had worked here, though just as security guards at the gates, but still real ‘locals.’ From this perspective, the grandson of the King of Bone Biting need not get it for him, as he now has a better background to claim.
The King of Bone Biting was once very close to counter-striking the civilization factions, but, unfortunately, the creator did not favor it.
Besides that, there’s not much more information.
Lord Fato left a letter for his successor, and that’s all the valid information contained in it.
