The Wolf People army had pressed the attack, with more than five varying-sized teorites crashing down on the Lord’s position every minute, with the interference from Triss and the Earth Priests unable to keep up with the teorite impacts.
Most notably, even under such comprehensive bombardnt, the charge of the Wolf People did not halt!
The scene at this mont was very subtle, seemingly like a polar reversal, as the Wolf People were transford into the legendary Undying Spirits who courageously charge forward under the bombardnt. The trench areas on both sides of the position had been completely overrun, and General Flandres and his militia could only huddle in the tunnels dug out by the Gnolls to avoid being crushed by teorites, leaving the continuous awakened undead to serve as the main force on the ground.
Little Mummy and her Moon Cult had pushed the control core of the Banquet of Thousands of Souls to operate at its highest frequency, allowing the Death Psychic Power to flow in a comprehensive manner across the position; each ti a life was lost, a body would be reanimated.
However, even at such a revival rate, they were still retreating step by step under the ferocious attack of the Wolf People.
Out of fifteen Dragon Knight prototypes, only three were still operational. The most insane "Duke of Moritz" had both chanical scythes broken, expended all on-board firepower, and ran out of fuel for the flathrower, relying only on its own mass to collide back and forth within the tidal wave of Wolf People.
Its outer armor was covered with all kinds of scars, like dals left by countless strikes and chops, and with spirit hits causing twisted and torn battle scars. Blinding electric light rolled in them, indicating so module had overloaded, signifying that the shell of this "Immortal War Spirit" was nearing its usage limit.
But it still did not stop, seeming as if the cold anger was being burned in a more vibrant, frenzied manner.
chanical clashes were its battle cry, sparks in gear operations represented its emotions, and each charge and every trampling could delight it; more importantly, the hot blood splattering when an enemy exploded was like logs being thrown into the hearth, rekindling the forsaken life of the cursed.
In such an extre ground battlefield where bayonets turned red, the gloomy sky was crimson enough to drip bloody rain.
The Master of Hunting descended on this position with a Divine Power field that officially broke through the previous observational limits of Triss. The ferocity of the battlefield intent intertwined with the deadly slaughter feedback was so intense that it allowed the Master of Hunting’s nascent consciousness to exert more real influence on the material world through this layer of divine feedback.
He might have really gone mad.
Because every drop of that bloody rain ignited the most primal thirst for destruction and chaos within life, more terrifyingly, this rain wasn’t just falling on the Wolf People’s side.
