Obsidian’s hunting knife blade slid across the battle armor wrapped in bloodlight. The weapon’s cut was just the beginning, followed by not sparks but a fla blade ford from compressed solar fire.
With just a light slash, the armor bearing the power of The Master of Hunting cracked open.
It’s not that this thing wasn’t sturdy enough; mainly, the vampire wielding the twin blades went berserk. The divine artifact in the mortal realm is one of the most solid things, shaken only by equal strength. When it appears, it basically signifies that two gods are using their chosen warriors for a remote confrontation.
Unfortunately, the vampire had no god.
But the fortunate part was that Murphy didn’t need help from a god. Although Elder Sister Kulkan was very willing to lend her divine power to Murphy, the premise was that the vampire wouldn’t be burned to death by the solar fire infused into his body.
The Oga Power’s coverage turned the divine nature endowed by The Master of Hunting into a weak effect for a mont. No matter how the Golden One’s spiritual body resisted, that omnipresent weakness continued to overshadow it, just like how Huggesen almost had his head chopped off by the Vampire Lord during his first encounter with Murphy.
Before truly facing the Oga Program, these who recklessly relied on divine favor found it really hard to understand the uniqueness of Murphy, the vampire, and the extre destructive power he might unleash under certain circumstances.
For example, right now...
"Poof"
The silver shimred Necessary Evil scread.
It was the pain inflicted by Oga Power eroding the sword, yet the crafty Devil’s Blade didn’t reject this gift but turned its pain into punishnt imposed on the enemy, cunningly piercing through the crack created by the Solar Blade into the spiritual body beneath the enemy’s armor.
Ordinary weapons can’t harm spiritual bodies, but the Devil’s Blade, like Necessary Evil, eagerly awaited such a feast.
This piercing made the Golden Spiritual Body cry out in pain, attempting to cast The Master of Hunting’s curse upon this strange vampire.
Its god was quite considerate. Perhaps the past three days of fierce combat kept Him entertained and satisfied, or perhaps the Eastern Holy Spirit’s chaotic purification prevented The Master of Hunting from continuing to savor tastier war and death. At any rate, upon the plea of his Hunting War Spirit, the dormant Evil God generously granted it enough divine power to curse a thousand people.
But when this spell hit Murphy, it made his steps pause for only a few seconds. The imnse curse was purified layer by layer by the Oga, landing on Murphy, causing ntal and spiritual tornt. It hurt...
Like a hamr hitting your finger.
But that’s all there was to it.
In response to this curse was a fierce deadly strike. In Murphy’s three-day understanding and interpretation of power, the semi-finished product created by the shark was completed, and the bloodlit attack cut open a third of the enemy’s war spirit armor, exposing its bizarre spiritual body completely to the material world.
The latter let out a shriek.
Evidently, subspace creatures cannot exist in the material world, causing its body to begin to collapse. Since The Master of Hunting brought it from the past to the present to aid the Blood Scar Clan’s faith dissemination, receiving the Evil God’s blessing naturally entailed accepting the risk of dying unexpectedly in battle.
Murphy didn’t even need to continue attacking.
He only needed to stay here to witness this "true divine envoy" self-destruct.
Once it lost divine protection, the bizarre bloodshine spiritual body dissolved quickly like foam under the sun, no matter which Golden Entity it confronted on the continent would not end as tragically. But why did this subspace creature crash into the hands of the creator’s designated administrator?
"Boom"
The continuous strike by Necessary Evil and the Solar Blade shattered the divine container armor into pieces, making the screams of the Hunting War Spirit more piercing, the disintegration faster and more urgent.
Blood rain descended from above again, as The Master of Hunting attempted to retrieve his divine envoy back to His already ford Hunting Divine Kingdom. Such a spiritual body possessing subspace characteristics and able to enter the material world under certain conditions is precious to any divine spirit.
But now, if Alpha lets subspace creatures escape, it would be a joke to the family.
"You’re not going anywhere but hell!"
Murphy shouted, swinging his fist imbued with Oga power towards the sky.
This classic punch struck the air, causing the Oga Program to erupt, swiftly evaporating the descending blood rain in white light, while the necessary evil wrapped in flowing light like a nail pierced the spiritual body, pinning it to the ground, forcing it to endure interrogation and torture by the laws of the material world.
It imposed extre agony upon it, accelerating its total and eternal demise.
"Who are you!"
The Vampire Lord stepped forward to stomp on the continuously morphing spiritual body, imposing more purifying power to unleash sharper wails.
He asked:
"Answer my question. You, Hunting Master’s war spirit, who are you?"
"I am... I am... the Sage of the King of Bone Biting..."
The spiritual body cried out before its impending demise. The sound was like desolate winds chilling those who heard it. Bound by the Oga Program, it couldn’t refuse to answer, only shouting:
"Lord Felix crafted the Shrine. We are responsible for weaving the appearance of faith... It taught us how to accomplish... We are nurturers of divine spirits... hunting’s vanguard... You! Vampire! Thousands of Hunting War Spirits await in my God’s kingdom for the ’Great Hunt’ to begin.
