At the sa ti as Morphy shouted, he blasted Spiritual Energy forwards in the form of a shockwave, stunning the animated statues in the darkness.
The hunters in the back reacted quickly.
The scout, Ambo, raised his hand and shot a burning arrow.
When it hit the ground and spread its light, it illuminated the dark corridor, revealing the fierce gargoyles flapping their stone wings and charging down the bases towards the players’ position.
These guys weren’t big, they were hunched over like monkeys, but their rock bodies combined with Spiritual Energy engravings gave them movent power.
The sharp spikes on their claws are bloody red, and their bodies mimic vampires with bat-like wings and tails shaped like inverted triangles from legends about devils.
Their faces combined the features of bats and wolves, along with ominous red glowing gemstone eyes.
However, these guardian gargoyles weren’t very strong in combat, at least for the current Morphy, they were sowhat easy targets.
He stepped forward, making a diagonal cut with his dungeon sword guard technique, cleanly shattering the neck of a gargoyle and making him look exceedingly strong and cool in the eyes of the young players.
The shield bearers in the front raised their shields to et the charge, only to be fiercely hit by five gargoyles, sending three of the guys flying directly, knocking out several unlucky spear bearers, who were about to stab in the back.
Those who managed to withstand the hit, besides the old player Bull Bull, were left with the thin yet highly enduring Orchid.
