Your family is really good at keeping secrets_2 The opposing Spiritual Energy Cavalry attacked from all sides like a pack of wolves, employing what can only be described as a brutal thod.
If they managed to break through the lines, they’d instigate a horrifying slaughter among the crowd lost in the fog.
The four novice players serving as guides were all out of ideas at this point.
Faced with the current chaotic situation where everyone was mixed together, they were doing well just to keep themselves alive.
“Bull Bull!
Bull Bull!”
Sister Pogranate felt as if she had been placed in the midst of a chaotic battlefield under the cover of night.
She rode her horse, futilely calling out again and again for her little brother among the crowd, but in the chaotic lee, she couldn’t find him.
Even Orchid, who had been on her team, and her beloved gargoyle mount had disappeared.
But Sister Pogranate couldn’t leave either.
Because she was currently guarding a pregnant woman and a young child.
The pregnant woman was definitely a minority within the White Oak Battle Group, and one look at the age of the child was enough to understand that he was one of the relatives of the Witch Hunters who had been dragged into the Avalon Church rebellion ten years ago.
Sister Pogranate knew that her best strategy at that mont would be to abandon these two and join up with the Witch Hunters who were regrouping their lines, but when she turned around and saw the pregnant woman holding the child behind her, she softened.
Both of them were wearing the armor of the White Oak Battle Group’s new recruits, but it was obvious from their expressions and movents that they weren’t warriors!
If she abandoned them, they were certain to die in this situation.
“Kill!”
A screeching war cry ca from the side, and three Spiritual Energy Cavalry spotted Sister Pogranate and her burdens in the fog.
Their eyes lit up like predators and they imdiately charged over to attack.
“I’m not having kids in the future!”
Niu Pogranate glanced at the terrified pair behind her, grunted, and forced herself to ride forward.
She calculated the distance and leaped off her horse in mid-air, her hands turned into sharp blades.
Like an assassin performing a double murder, she tackled two of the cavalry off their horses, kicked them away in the ground battle, got up and reached for the crossbow at her waist, shooting an arrow at the third cavalry.
But later, she was hit by an arrow shot from the fog, and she fell to the ground, her leg weakening.
“Chao!”
Sprawled on the ground, her face sared with dust, Sister Pogranate looked up to see that the arrow she’d just shot wasn’t able to hit the third cavalry.
He was brandishing his sword at the terrified child, who was being held tight by the pregnant woman.
“No!”
Just at this critical mont, a blood-stained flying ax suddenly ca flying out of the fog, effectively knocking the cavalry off his horse.
Then, a warrior nad Like a Tiger Can Enchanter Wood, wielding a blood-soaked double-handed sword, rushed out.
He quickly finished off the cavalry, pulled the child and pregnant woman off the horse, and charged sideways into the fog without looking back.
“Hey!
I’m still here!
Are you blind!?”
Sister Pogranate was both relieved that the two burdens had been saved and furious at Brother Cat for his “failure to save a life”.
But in reality, she couldn’t bla Brother Cat.
He had blindly stumbled upon them in the fog and managed to save their lives.
Given the chaos on the battlefield, there was no ti to scan the ground for fallen players lying around.
However, now that those she was looking after were safe, Pogranate could finally throw herself fully into the battle.
She rose to her feet with a limp, wiped the blood from the corner of her mouth, grinned fiercely, and pounced on the two Spiritual Cavalry soldiers by her side.
But her luck seed to be especially bad that night.
After swiftly dealing with two regular Black Iron monsters, Sister Pogranate turned around, only to see a Spiritual Commander holding a sword and shield charging out of the fog.
The armor on the latter was obviously thicker than that of the regular soldiers, and the mont their eyes t, Sister Pogranate quickly lobbed a Perception spell at him.
Commander of the Fourth Squadron of Psychic Hunters, Black Iron Rank elite unit.
Whoa!
Screwed!
“This certainly isn’t the scene I envisioned for my Black Iron Trial.”
Niu Pogranate stood in place, took a deep breath to calm herself, and tightly clenched her fists.
Six spikes sprung from the knuckles of her gloves just like a tiger’s claws.
Blood was dripping, but her fighting spirit was erupting!
The Commander noticed Sister Pogranate’s movent, scoffed, lifted his shield and tapped it with his flaming longsword.
Provocation!
That was definitely a provocation, wasn’t it?
Niu Pogranate gritted her teeth and stepped forward, suddenly pausing.
Just now in the chaos of the attack, the Gargoyle, which had been sent flying away by the opposing Psychic, reappeared in her Perception, much like a lost drone bizarrely navigating its way back ho on its own.
Speaking of which, even though her Gargoyle wasn’t a combat Servant, it was still considered a part of her strength, correct?
So, if it participated in the Black Iron Trial, it wouldn’t be considered cheating, would it?
Ugh, why do I always stumble upon these things edging close to breaching the rules!
I’m clearly a powerhouse!
“This is so damn infuriating!
Everything about tonight is infuriating!
I really want to smash this boring world with a punch!”
Sister Pogranate didn’t think further, pushed herself off the ground furiously and leapt forward like a fearso predator.
She kept her eyes on her opponent, while ntally commanding her hovering Gargoyle to dive down from the sky at the fastest speed possible.
She shouted:
“Though it’s different from what I imagined, I’ll take your head, you infuriating bastard!”
