The vines wrap tighter and tighter, but they’re still not strong enough to strangle the three soldiers to death.
It’s even hard to make them suffocate.
But on the flip side, with the single-target vine skill turning into a group entangle skill and the duration and power of the binding enhancent, what could possibly stop Wuioge, who’s just a lowly apprentice of oak magic?
He draws out the imitation Avalon Sacred Blade, lifts the hallowed oak-decorated hunting sword, and stabs it into the airborne psychic soldiers.

Getting into character, Wuioge yells and stabs wildly, like slaughtering pigs.
The soldiers’ light armor can’t withstand the sharpness of the imitation sacred blade, and they’re stabbed to death in less than ten seconds.
But the animated vines don’t release the corpses.
Instead, under the stunned gaze of Wuioge, they extend finer branches into the wounds to suck out the fresh blood as nourishnt.
After about half a minute, the three bodies drop to the ground, as dry as mummies.
The blood-stained vines wither rapidly, and three red seeds are fed back from the withered branches before Wuioge’s wide eyes.
