There are still a considerable number of ghouls active in the “third level” of the sewer tunnels, including so elite undead who have transford due to the strengthening effect of Hades’ essence.

Natalie said that the Plague Rat King used evil magic here to envelop the area with a trendous amount of Death Psychic Power and Hades’ essence, making it hard to dissipate in a short ti, to facilitate the birth of the Ghoul Lord.
Therefore, this sewer dungeon must be sealed and separated from the ground!
If this is not done, soon enough, more ghouls, water ghosts, and resentful spirits will cover the first level of the sewer, which has just been cleaned.
