As Cui Si walked with her delicate scepter in hand, Jackals convulsed and fell en masse by her side.
To describe it thus might not befit Cui Si’s current grace and poise, but Murphy felt his Cui Si was like a diligent farr wielding a sickle, tirelessly harvesting the ripe wheat.
With Cui Si’s presence here, it signified there were no further impedints to the reactivation of the Nocturne Enchantnt.
There was no need for her, the Manipulator, to remain there to sustain it any longer, finally free to bolster this battle that had entered its final phase.
A Spiritual Overlord had appeared on the battlefield!
If the Jackals were smart enough, they should start running now, no, no, no, if they were smart enough, they should have fled as soon as the Winged Cavalry appeared on the flank of the battlefield.

“This is enough; their will has been crushed, and for the forthcoming ‘Transylvania Hundred Days Major Construction’ project, we need a great many laborers.
The Jackals have extraordinary Endurance and more Strength than ordinary humans, and it would be a waste to kill them here.
I want to see them apply their brute force in the right place, like constructing a thoroughfare that runs north to south through Count Cadman’s Domain and extending that road over the following months northward to the forests of the Westerly Territory and southward to the edge of the Polluted Swamp.
We are about to fight a real war, Cui Si.
Such a main road would make it ten tis easier to transport supplies and manpower.
The Jackals, for their war cris, will be brought before a military tribunal, and the only punishnt and redemption they will receive is to constructively contribute to the land they’ve plagued with their own hands.”
