Lord!
I’m your super fan!
After several minutes of communication, in Lady Rennesia’s tent, a Blood Crystal Stone, etched with runes and suspended above the wooden table, shimred with brilliance.
It was an activated Spiritual Energy device with remote communication capabilities more powerful than those of a Calculating Pearl and had existed for a long ti, said to be an ancient Psychic Skill, and its appearance alone was evidently filled with mystery.
Murphy knew that Cui Si also had a few, but he had never seen her use them nor knew where those Rune Stones led to.
According to her, it was an item crafted by the elders of the Clan of Secret Blood, among the seven vampiric clans most adept at psychic mastery.
Its crafting process was too complex even for a Spiritual Overlord like Cui Si.
Therefore, it was rare and circulated only among a few key individuals within the Blood race.
The most distinctive feature of this device was that it was a “one-to-one” communication tool; once completed, it would permanently bind to an individual’s psychic signature.
In other words, it was akin to a “private cellphone,” naturally carrying the risk of “private number leaks.”
“Lord Pa Ying readily agreed to et with you, the entire notification and decision-making process was unbelievably smooth, to be honest, I cannot understand it.”
With a strange expression, Lady Rennesia said to Murphy:
“What kind of magic do those two words possess?
And what exactly do they represent?”
“Of course, I am willing to tell you.
It ans you will be bound to us on the sa perilous carriage, but my lady, are you sure you’re ready to accept this secret?”
With his hands clasped behind his back, Murphy looked at the curious Bow Knight and said with a discouraging tone:
“No, this is not a burden that you, a scouting Knight, should have to bear.
Hence, my advice to you is, why not attend the night rendezvous with my loyal servant Maxim?
The dangerous elents roaming the Andma Hills must be eradicated in preparation for the construction of an important facility in Transylvania.
I am very much looking forward to your victorious return.
The consumption rate in the Wolf Poison Gladiator club is a bit high, and maybe the Blood Rat Gang could use a restock.”
With Murphy’s words, Lady Rennesia was already beginning to understand.
This “Dusk” perhaps referred to so secret among the leaders of the Blood race.
Despite Murphy’s current downcast state, he was indeed an important leader of the Blood Vulture Clan in na, and so it made sense for the Lord to grant a favor.
In the clearly defined hierarchy of Vampire Society, knowing certain dangerous matters often ant taking on greater responsibilities.
From this viewpoint, Murphy’s slightly arrogant consolation could be understood as a form of protective goodwill.
With this thought, the Bow Knight did not persist and left her own tent, leaving the space for Murphy and Lord Pa Ying, who was waiting sowhere on the Continent.
When Murphy was left alone in the tent, he first adjusted his attire, then approached and held the floating Spiritual Energy device in his hand.
As Spiritual Energy was infused, the Blood Crystal Stone rapidly rotated and projected an image before Murphy, like so cool “holographic projection” device, summoning Lord Pa Ying into the tent through psychic weaving.
This was Murphy’s first true encounter with the legendary Paryen Vineon Capadosia, and the figure presented indeed matched the introduction Cui Si had given to Murphy.
He did not wear armor, only a long, blood-colored robe that draped over his tall figure.
His features were properly defined, with sharp brows and starry eyes, embodying the traditional vampire trait of “androgynous beauty.” Although his expression maintained a gloomy and indifferent deanor, the unbound black hair cascading over his shoulders added an “artist’s” aura to the Lord.
It was uncertain where he learned to paint or the level of his skills, but given the free-spirited exterior and deanor presented by the Lord, it probably wasn’t that of a struggling artist from Another World.
However, when the Lord’s gaze fell upon Murphy, the Vampire Lord’s idle thoughts were imdiately interrupted.
Even from across a vast distance, the scrutiny of a Gold-level power managed to transcend space and weigh upon Murphy, making him feel a slight pressure.
“Your Spiritual Energy carries a hint of the Star Realm’s essence,” Lord Pa Ying spoke up.
“I’ve heard from Rennesia that you’ve beco a Stellar Summoner, a very dangerous profession among the Psychic branches, especially when you encounter so of the mysterious beings from the Star Realm.
You must be cautious in the way you communicate with them.
Cui Si might not have told you about those potential dangers.
But my advice to you is, before marking yourself with the Star Realm’s seal of a mysterious being, think carefully because that will directly determine the path and thod you pursue for power.
However, given the high regard that the proud Palano holds for you, I trust that you contacting tonight is not rely to waste my ti.
Speak up, Murphy, what worriso and ominous news have you uncovered in Transylvania?”
“Firstly, I appreciate your reminder on the path of Strength, respected Lord Pa Ying,” Murphy said with the deanor of a humble student, taking the Lord’s advice to heart.
Then, without wasting ti on pleasantries, he provided a brief yet comprehensive description of the events that took place in the Polluted Swamp and the Ruins of West Coker City, to Lord Pa Ying.
The Lord’s furrowed brow indicated that the information Murphy offered was indeed previously unknown to him.
