Event Details: As the ruler of Transia shifts focus from war to dostic affairs, a thorny issue has presented itself before Lord Morphy and his Ruling Council: the population currently accounted for by Crimson Castle only amounts to less than a third of the existing total population of the Transia Lands!
This situation of chaos is unbearable for Governor Murphy and the Crimson Castle Administrative Office.
Therefore, Lord Morphy and Governor Miriam hope that, while promoting the “Hundred Days of Great Construction,” warriors from Another World will help the severely understaffed Transia civil servants with the task of finding and registering the itinerant refugees throughout these lands.
Event Objective: Before the end of the “Hundred Days of Great Construction” campaign, find and escort as many refugees as possible to Crimson Castle for population registration.
Event Rewards: For every ten refugees found, participants will receive an Administrative Office Reward Package x1, containing a number of Gold Coins and consumable supplies, and ‘Construction Points 1’ will be recorded.
These special points can be used to purchase so expensive exclusive items in the Blood Rat Gang’s black market shop, or to increase a player’s reputation within a certain faction in Transia, as well as to purchase skill manuals.
Event Duration: Continues until the end of the “Hundred Days of Great Construction” campaign.

The Governor of Transia’s administrative office has established the special occupation of ‘Crimson Civilian Protection Officer.’ Any player with Construction Points >50 can apply to Lord Kudell to beco an ‘Inspector/Sheriff/Civilian Protection Officer.’
This occupation is considered a “combat administration” hybrid mode, featuring unique professional gaplay and a sequence of skills personally taught by Lord Kudell, along with a special job allowance calculation thod and a unique promotion mode.
