Chen Tianlong saw Hao Kan also co, and his brows furrowed slightly, as this guy was no simple character.
Hao Kan was a mber of the Celestial Martial Sect, which was on the verge of being wiped out by Chen Tianlong. For him to dare appear now, he must be soone the Celestial Martial Sect had invested all their efforts into.
Anyone making a na for themselves within the Celestial Martial Sect must now have a strength level of at least Five-star Celestial Dao, or even higher. And this ti, if Hao Kan ca prepared, he must be formidable.
Just from Hao Kan’s sharp gaze, Chen Tianlong could tell this lad was different. Back in South Sea City, he had already seen Chen’s strength, and still dared to look at him this way now; he must be prepared.
At this mont, Xu Fei also looked at Chen Tianlong, but his purpose wasn’t to oppose Chen this ti; he wanted to use Evil Qi to break through his level.
During this period, Xu Fei really put everything on the line.
On the Qishan Peak that day, Xu Fei narrowly escaped death as he watched his master Wu Conglin pass away, leaving him grief-stricken. Upon returning ho, he decided to personally experint with Wu Conglin’s last research results.
So, he swallowed the Ultimate Death God No. 3 pill.
In the past, Undead were used as carriers, but now, he used a living person, and that carrier was himself. After Xu Fei took the pill, he stayed in the dicinal vat for three days and nights. When he ca out, he discovered his muscles had beco Steel Bones.
Moreover, his strength skyrocketed, reaching Six-star Celestial Dao directly, with extrely high defense; even Seven-star Celestial Dao masters might not be able to break his Steel Bones.
However, Xu Fei had a flaw. He couldn’t avoid being controlled by the drug, often becoming confused and ntally deranged, sowhat like a Death Warrior.
At this mont, Chen Tianlong was quite amazed; Xu Fei unexpectedly broke through from Yellow Dao strength to Six-star Celestial Dao in a short ti, truly incredibly fast.
Little did he know, Xu was consuming an extrely dangerous drug, originally ant for researching Death God No. 3 Undead, and now Wu Conglin was dead. Xu Fei didn’t understand, so he could only test it on himself.
He didn’t care about the side effects; as long as he could join the trial and then take down Chen Tianlong, that was enough.
Hao Kan, Xu Fei, and Xue Kong sat at Xiao Jianteng’s table, while Xiao Jianteng had so of his n sit aside on another.
"Young Master Xiao, let introduce to you, Young Master Xu Fei from Wu Family in South Sea City, and Hao Kan from Liu Family." Xue Kong explained quickly, knowing Xiao Jianteng wasn’t familiar with Zhu Family people.
"Ah? So it’s Young Master Wu and Young Master Han, a pleasure to et you."
After a journey at Hidden Sword Manor, Xiao Jianteng understood his own weaknesses and knew not to casually offend people.
As they say, there’s no end to the sky or to people.
Masterful individuals are everywhere; though he himself had reached Five-star Celestial Dao by now.
But his skills were utterly weak, built up using celestial treasures. After his father went to Black Alliance and didn’t return, hearing from Celestial Pill Sect that all were imprisoned in Black Alliance dungeons.
Thus, he planned to gain a Super Qi Gathering Pill through this trial to continue upgrading, then head to Black Alliance for revenge.
While speaking, two familiar figures appeared at the door, most familiarly to Chen Tianlong, they were Yang Xinru and Yang Fan.
As Yang Xinru passed by Chen Tianlong’s table, she stopped and said to Yang Fan: "Brother, I want to eat here."
Yang Fan was taken aback, then glanced aside, seeing Chen Tianlong sitting at that table, he imdiately understood. Yang Xinru walked to Chen’s seat, grinning and saying: "Hello everyone, we et again."
"Xinru, please take a seat."
Chen Tianlong pulled out a chair for Yang Xinru to sit on, and Lin Wushuang glanced, but said nothing, instead, displaying a friendly smile.
"Boss, really didn’t expect to et during our sumr vacation." Yang Fan also grinned.
"Yes, we are fated." Chen Tianlong smiled faintly.
After waiting a little, a waiter ca over, smiling at the crowd and saying: "Hello everyone, here’s the nu, what do you need, we’ll prepare it."
This was a free al, almost entirely included in the million registration fee; as for a cooked al, it wasn’t much money, so the hotel arranged a canteen, letting guests freely order dishes.
"Make way, make way," at this mont, a familiar figure appeared at the door, Chen Tianlong inadvertently glanced there and saw a person wearing a black tunic, about his age, upon a closer look, it was Hao Shuai.
Hao Shuai was about to co to the canteen, but Chen Hai suddenly needed him, so he went back to Celestial Pill Sect, causing him to be late.
Beside Hao Shuai were five subordinates, looking tall and mighty, presumably Celestial Pill Sect experts. Sitting at a table near the door, they saw several towering, muscular people wielding gleaming steel swords and felt a bit intimidated, but couldn’t lose face, considering so many martial community peers were present.
"What are you shouting about? Can’t you see the road?"
In front of the table, a man with a stubbled face shouted.
Hao Shuai sized up the man, judging by his attire that he was likely a disciple from so unremarkable sect, so he didn’t bother, directly forming his hand into a claw and grabbing forward.
The stubbled man was imdiately wary, hurriedly drawing his sword, but was smacked back by Hao Shuai’s hand as it slid half out, returning to its scabbard, then using the montum he spun once, delivering a Divine Dragon Tail Swing, kicking the stubbled man on the shoulder.
"Bang"
The stubbled man flew sideways, crashing onto the neighboring long bench; after bouts of soreness, he hurried to his feet.
"Damn you! How dare you hit ? You’re finished, you’re living too comfortably."
Growling, the man drew his sword, leaping to strike, but just as he was about to swing, he unexpectedly found a dart "shoo" piercing his right chest.
A "thud" echoed, and the man’s whole body fell to the ground, pain gripping him white-faced and lip-purpled.
The man’s fellow brothers upon seeing this quickly drew swords surrounding him, simultaneous to which Hao Shuai’s subordinates also drew swords readying to face off.
"Kid, who are you? How could you use such deadly ans upon eting, quickly hand over the antidote." Spoke a Qingfeng Sect disciple, though unremarkable, still sowhat known around the Five Elents Mountain Range.
"I don’t change my na while traveling, nor while sitting, I am Hao Shuai." Hao Shuai pompously replied, announcing his na directly, believing these were re underlings, insignificant.
Chen Tianlong observed this move, feeling Hao Shuai’s skills had improved considerably recently, otherwise he wouldn’t be this arrogant.
"Hao Shuai? Never heard of him, whoever you are, quickly hand over the antidote, or you’ll have trouble today." That disciple in a white robe said viciously.
