Ashton Heath lowered his head.
His sexy, warm thin lips were less than a centiter away from hers.
As he spoke, his warm breath fell on the corner of her lips.
His fingertips gently caressed her chin, and his enchanting, cold eyes narrowed slightly.
With a hint of coldness, he asked, “Why was David Benington at the banquet?
Did you just happen to be having dinner in the sa place?”
The man seed to ask casually, but Joanna Lawrence, sensitive as she was, imdiately sensed a different aning in his words.
