“She said that you saw her being wronged, and wanted to stand up for her. Turns out, she was lying to others.”

Regina hung up the phone.

The video was about ten minutes long.
Regina only watched two minutes before shutting it off.
She didn’t know what Rebecca said afterwards.
And she didn’t want to know anymore.
Regina had always known that Rebecca’s feelings for her, her sister, were not that deep.
Although, she really liked this sister.
But she thought that even if Rebecca didn’t have strong feelings for her, they were still sisters who had grown up together since childhood.
Their relationship must have been better than that of strangers.
But at this mont, she realized that she was wrong.
The deep sisterly bond she thought they had was just her own wishful thinking.
It turned out that in Rebecca’s heart, her sister was just a pawn that she could use to shield herself at any ti.
Rebecca never discussed this matter with her beforehand.

“If it wasn’t for finding a way to save the Kelloway family from crisis, could you still live such a good life?”
“Would you still get into such a good university?”
“You might be begging on the streets by now!”
“As a mber of the Kelloway family, what’s wrong with doing sothing for the family? Do you have any objections?”
