"I can ramp it up a notch, do you want to try?" Joanna Lawrence said in a dismissive tone as she looked at the enraged Annie Lawrence.
Annie Lawrence glared at her.
"Joanna Lawrence, don’t push too far! Even a cornered rabbit will bite, don’t you think I am incapable of dealing with you?"
"Of course, you’re incapable of dealing with ." Joanna Lawrence remained aloof, showing no regard for Annie Lawrence, "The Parker Group has terminated the contract with you, right? Now you’re just a newcor without any backing. You can barely fend for yourself, what makes you think you can harm others?"
"As for ..." Joanna Lawrence smirked, her words filled with superiority and arrogance, "Crushing you is easier than crushing an ant. Now tell , what do you have to fight with?"

Annie Lawrence looked around at the other people, unable to believe Joanna Lawrence would be so brazen in the presence of other guests.
The other guests also looked taken aback.
It was well known that Joanna Lawrence ca from a powerful background.
But this show of arrogance was a bit too much.
Openly stating her intent to harm another female guest in front of everyone else, did she not fear her words getting out?
Porter Rushbrook and Kelvin Norman both frowned slightly.
They both knew Joanna Lawrence enough to say she was not normally this arrogant.
But she was indeed rather harsh on Oga Huntley.
At this mont, the security personnel stepped in.
Joanna Lawrence glanced at Annie Lawrence and then told the security personnel, "Could you please escort Ms. Aria out? She seems quite overwheld and is very unstable right now. I’m worried she might pose a threat to my safety."
The security had just received instructions to escort Annie Lawrence out.
After Joanna had spoken, the two security personnel approached Annie Lawrence.
"Ms. Joanna, please co with us," one of the security personnel said to Annie Lawrence.
Annie Lawrence’s face was flushed with rage, she glared at Joanna Lawrence biting out, "Joanna Lawrence, this is far from over! You wait, I will settle every score between us!"
Joanna Lawrence, upon hearing this, turned to her as if it were a joke and said, "Oh, really? Very well then, I’ll be waiting."
Annie Lawrence, I’d like to see how you plan on settling your scores with .

Joanna Lawrence did consider that if Annie Lawrence only wanted to return to the entertainnt circle without any ulterior motives, she would not object.
Truthfully, she did not harbor too much hatred for Annie Lawrence.
The worst thing Annie Lawrence did was steal David Benington from her.
At the ti, Joanna Lawrence was, of course, furious and filled with resentnt toward Annie Lawrence.
But then, she t Ashton Heath.
She received Ashton Heath’s undivided love.
She did not harbor any resentnt for Annie Lawrence after that, she even felt like thanking her.
If she hadn’t seduced David, Joanna Lawrence would never have known what kind of man David truly was, she wouldn’t have had the chance to cut her losses, or even have the chance to et Ashton Heath and eventually marry him.
If Annie Lawrence hadn’t been unable to resist the temptation of confronting her just before she and David’s wedding,
