When the office door opened, his assistant brought in a young-looking girl and respectfully said, "Mr. Parker, Maria is here."
Frank Parker glanced at her and said indifferently, "Hmm."
The assistant looked at the young girl beside him, then at Frank sitting on the black leather chair, didn’t say anything else, and wisely turned around and left.
The office door closed again.
The room was quiet, and no one spoke for a while.
