Zhao Anan was still finding it odd. She always had the feeling her mother and grandmother would not get involved in this matter since both of them favored their own family members over outsiders. They would never turn to support Mu Qing, instead!
But facts spoke louder than beliefs. Although Zhao Anan felt that she seemed to have missed something, her brain did not have any justification for it.
She might be a good fighter, but she was a terrible strategist.
“Alright, I am going up to meet someone too. Get me a cup of Caffè Americano and I will order food later.”
The waitress answered her request, happily.
Zhao Anan went upstairs with a restless heart.
She was not going to order. She just wanted to confuse the waitress. Caffè Americano was served free at this restaurant, and that was why Zhao Anan ordered a cup. Otherwise she would draw unnecessary attention if she sat in there without doing anything.
Zhao Anan felt humiliated when she had to pretend as if she had a great deal of money. She was a lady who was used to spending money without even blinking.
She swore once again that she was going to earn a great deal of money on her own.
But her restaurant was under her grandmother’s charge, so she didn’t earn even a single penny from there.
Otherwise she would not have ended up drinking free coffee here.
Zhao Anan cursed under her breath at Shangguan Ning. What a stingy woman to have only given her 110 yuan, making her take a bus and drink a free cup of coffee! She was definitely going to take revenge later.
Had she known that whatever happening today was actually Shangguan Ning’s plan, she would probably get furious enough to spit out blood and chop Shangguan Ning into pieces.
Zhao Anan went upstairs and glanced around discreetly. There she saw her grandmother and Zhao Zhao, together with Mu Qing whom she had not seen for days, sitting by the window.
He was dressed in a blue short sleeved shirt and a pair of coffee colored pants. He was sitting on the white leather sofa of the restaurant and looked very handsome.
He was sporting a clean, short hair style. His skin was white and an elegant air surrounded him. When he smiled, his sunny personality drew others’ attention.
Zhao Anan had noticed that there were several girls at the restaurant who were sizing up Mu Qing on the sly!
She found herself acting weird today.
She did not normally have any feelings when other women glanced at Mu Qing, because she always believed that Mu Qing would not look at any other women except for herself.
Mu Qing himself had admitted that there were only two kinds of women in his life – Zhao Anan was one and remaining women belonged to the other. That was why she never got jealous of any other women. She was confident enough that no matter how others tried to seduce Mu Qing, he would never be nice to them.
But today, she got extremely upset.
Zhao Anan felt so jealous that the coffee she was drinking, tasted like vinegar!
When the treasure was in her possession, she had regarded it as a rock to be tossed off whenever she wanted. But now when she lost the rock, she realised that it had been the biggest treasure of her life!
What was Zhao Anan doing?
She pushed Mu Qing away and chose to give him up, but now she was here, spying on his blind date!
Zhao Anan hated herself for what she was doing at the moment – how could she badger someone after a breakup?
Mu Qing had already noticed her the moment she entered the restaurant, but was pretending to be unaware.
What a silly girl! She was terrible at stalking. What was she thinking to have found such a close seat to him that he could see her clearly?
Mu Qing had spent the entire night in Lu’s blood transfusion and hadn’t slept even a wink before he was forced by Shangguan Ning to e to this place.
She went to the hospital with Jing Rui early in the morning, and the moment he came out of the operation room, she forced him to take shower and change, instead of visiting Lu who had just finished with the procedure. After she was satisfied with his looks, she went to visit Lu before receiving the call from Zhao Anan. That’s when he headed immediately to Landscape pound.
When Zhao Anan arrived at the gate of Landscape pound, Shangguan Ning had just arrived as well. But she pretended as if she had e out of the house to greet Zhao Anan.
Luckily, Zhao Anan was too careless to figure anything out.
Zhao Zhao and the Old Lady of the Zhao Family were also putting on a show according to what Shangguan Ning had instructed them.
The Old Lady had not visited the Mu Family. Instead, she went to Shangguan Ning’s home and played with her great grandson for the entire day. She was so pleased that she not only gave Shangguan Ning a pair of expensive jade bracelets but also gave Jing Rui a large number of valuable things, such as the long-life gold keys, gold bells, gold bracelets, gold beans and gold bars. Seeing all that, people might have thought that the Old Lady had gone and robbed the gold storage of a bank!
Shangguan Ning had wondered about why Knife Lee was asked to carry the cases into the room, and had struggled in carrying them. It was not until the glittering gold was shown in front of her did she understand what had happened!
The heavy gold made it difficult for the strong, Knife Lee to carry them all at once.

They continued with the charade. After they gave the jewelry to Mu Qing and exchanged a few words with him, they left.
Since Zhao Anan was here, the show could begin now!
Five minutes later, a very beautiful girl wearing a pair of silver high-heel passed by Zhao Anan in an elegant manner.
