Leaning into the tunnel a bit, I tilted my head and listened to the echo that ca from tapping my blade against a rock, getting an idea on how deep and winding this tunnel was; it wasn't my specialty, and I wouldn't say I was completely confident in the results I got, but it was a start.
Alongside the sound that echoed back to , I also inhaled the cool and moist air that brushed against my skin the closer I got to the entrance of the tunnel, searching for any scents that might be lingering around that weren't from the egg.
The echo was absurd, and the taste of the air was just... wet and earthy, like any tunnel that existed beneath a well watered plains; there was nothing extra in the air I breathed in that would suggest this tunnel was of use to anything, but that just made all the more suspicious.
It didn't look naturally made; sothing had excavated these tunnels and used them, but I had zero clue what could have used them and if they were still in use to this day, while also being rather skeptical of it thanks to the monster from earlier.
Perhaps that chira of a monster was the one who had created these tunnels, back when it was a whelp; it had no scent, made no sound and seed adept at doing anything with its absurdly sharp, blade like claws, so... who knows, right?
If that monster was the one born from this egg, then perhaps it had sought out shelter so that it might grow to a certain stage safely before erging into the world as this regal monster that ruled over this trial space completely.
If that was the case then there was a chance that the monster was even more dangerous since it likely had so crazy abilities hidden because of the way it had been born; that wasn't to say that it wasn't already rather scary since we couldn't tell when it was nearby, but... minor details, right?
As I crawled back out of the entrance of the tunnel and stood up, I turned around to see Lady Fenyras smirking at as she nodded appreciatively, the Demon Wolf's eye still lingering on my hips as she drank in as much of as she could.
The blush that rushed to my face was stronger then any other I had had in a long ti, and the shiver that ran down my spine and caused the fur in my tail to stand up was almost enough to make wet... which she seed to know as her smirk widened.
"Nice ass; that Demoness of yours is one lucky futanari... hope she can handle all that~!"
With that playful harassnt done she turned towards another of the tunnels she was investigating and left alone with my thoughts, which was both a blessing and a damn curse.
Whatever Cali had done to was definitely not enough to keep from making any mistakes, but that was what was going to make this trial all the more challenging; keeping my lust under control was paramount, and clearly Lady Fenyras didn't have as much of an obligation to not be herself here, so...
It was all on to keep myself pure, and to do so I needed to stamp down on my lust however I could, be it with that needle technique that I was going to need to refine or if it was via so other practical exercise, like ditation to clear my thoughts.
Maybe I needed to start using my Lust Mana to cleanse myself as well... use the sapping technique to keep myself clean and against whatever instinctual temptations that Lady Fenyras instilled in .
And even then I was still finding myself looking back at her as I wondered if she really was able to 'handle all of that' the sa way that Jahi could, or if she might even be better equipped and more experienced in handling all of ...
Which, if that was the case, just what could she make feel..?
I pricked myself again and bit on my tongue, doing so hard enough to draw blood and ensuring that my head was clear as I went to the next tunnel as well, continuing the search.

"I really do get lost in the process of forging, don't I? How long has it been..?"
Honestly, it was a bit irritating that the question of ti was sort of aningless right now since days passed in here compared to the hours outside or whatever, but I was still curious about how long I had been forging these things.
Repairing most of the unneeded yet still wanted gear as well as forging the new stuff was always such a thrill for , and now that it was done I gathered up all of my things and returned to the camp, looking for my mate so that I could have a round or two in celebration before heading back out to begin forging so more in depth stuff.
Upon my return though I noticed that there was an inconvenient lack of fluffy, thick Dogkin won for to breed alongside the more acceptable lack of an overbearing, muscular Demon Wolf who always made feel insignificant.
Seeing Lilith and Draka sitting beside the fire chatting raised questions as well, but before I could even ask the Demoness sat up and grinned at as she said "The Dogkin and Wolfkin left to head into a trial together, all because of the Wolfkin needing sothing to do. They left a couple hours ago."
That made my fur stand on end, and I was torn between wanting to growl at the two won in front of and feeling a deep urge to curl into a ball and whimper as the thoughts about them being alone together spoke to my insecurities.
But I had to have faith, and even if Kat was a horny, bundled ss that was absolutely fuckable, breedable, completely sexy and every single futanari and man's dream woman I could trust the untad, incorrigible Wolfkin who did whatever she pleased to not lay a finger on Kat, right?
Surely I could rely on soone who was unpredictable to not do the thing I was worried about to the woman I cared so deeply about, right..?
