Upon regaining his senses, he held Valerie’s nearly torn-apart body and cried for a long ti.

Upon first contact, though Raine shielded himself against Aiel’s strike, the Steel Boots scrapped two-ter-long marks on the hard flagstone ground.
Evidently, Aiel’s partial transformation into a White Dragon enhanced not just his speed but power as well.
Raine’s pupils slightly contracted, imdiately chanting in his mind—
"Gigantification!"
Instantly, Raine’s muscles rapidly swelled, his height increased again by half a head over Aiel.
Confronted by the ice spikes striking like lightning, with a ’ding’ sound, Raine raised his shield steadily to deflect the opponent’s attack.
As Raine’s right-hand warhamr counterattacked, Aiel rely tapped his toes on the ground, propelling himself backwards a few ters away with ease to evade the strike, then quickly rebounded, racing towards him again!
"Ding ding clang clang!"
Possessing high-speed movent ability, Aiel simultaneously appeared from all directions around Raine, launching attacks at him!
Raine seed like a steadfast rock on the shore, while the surging waves attacked from every direction.
Though Raine’s Warhamr swung as swiftly as the wind, accompanied by bursts of white ice-cold air, which was his class skill ’Frost Strike.’
Like Raine anticipated earlier, a White Dragon Mage, being a Dragon Vein Mage, has quite a good resistance against various magics, and their ice resistance, in particular, is extraordinarily high.
Even compared to him, is not much different.
Therefore, although his Warhamr attack continued to add ’Frost Strike,’ the cold effect did not affect Aiel in front of him.
Nor could it slow down his attack speed.
However, facing a formidable foe with a highly focussed spirit, unleashing ’Frost Strike’ with full force in gigantified form, he felt the class skill increasingly fluid and smooth.
All the scattered insights regarding ’Frost Strike’ rushed into his mind like fragnted pieces.
Of course, this still couldn’t change his passive beaten situation at the mont.

He chose to endure Aiel’s dragon claw strike, relying on the super defense of his new Armor of Courage, Raine used his elbow to clamp one of the opponent’s claws.
