Now reading: Chapter 194 - 144: Are You Serious? (Part 3) from My Skill Bar is Full of Monster Skills, a Fantasy novel by 17-pound catfish.

"Dark Furnace Clan?"

This piqued the interest of Elise and Sulfur Vine, who also leaned in to take a closer look.

"Is this the Azure Mine?"

Laisa pointed at a spot resembling sparse contour lines and asked.

Although the annotations were in Dwarven Language, Laisa, being an assassin, could still discern so details from the map.

"I happen to know Dwarven Language, I’ll explain," Benest said, glancing at Raine.

"Of course," Raine nodded with a smile.

Having soone to help explain was naturally a good thing.

"This is the Azure Mine, about several hundred ters below... Underdark Dark River... This red line is the route..."

"Here, it’s written as Dark Furnace City in Dwarven Language!"

"Unexpectedly, there’s such a secret passage."

Benest kept explaining, a sense of wonder in his heart.

And Elise and the other two girls couldn’t help but express their amazent.

Logically, if such a fast and secret passage existed, it should either be held by a major force or have spread widely, yet surprisingly, it was in Raine’s possession.

"Mr. Rein, this map is significant; if submitted to the association, the reward would surely be substantial."

"Mr. Benest, I acquired this by chance from a Gray Dwarf. That... you should take a look at the skull marks first."

"Oh?"

Raine’s words piqued Benest’s curiosity, prompting him to examine each little word beneath the skull marks.

Excluding the two skull marks not near the route, there were five skull marks along the path, four small and one large.

He looked at them one by one.

For the understanding of others, he translated the Dwarven Language into Common Language as he read.

"Here, the Underdark Dark River delves deep; there’s an Armor Crawler Monster, Challenge Level Four."

Armor Crawler Monster?

Elise showed a puzzled expression, but seeing Benest and Raine, she refrained from asking.

Though unfamiliar with Armor Crawler Monsters, it’s even her first ti hearing of them.

Yet, with a challenge level of just four, either of the two could deal with it.

Okay, since when did Challenge Level Four beco so insignificant?

"Second spot, two to three Rust Monsters, Challenge Level Two," Benest continued reading.

"Does Challenge Level Two even need to be marked?" Elise asked, curious.

"Rust Monsters are different; no wonder Gray Dwarves highlighted them,"

The Druid Maiden Sulfur Vine explained.

"Rust Monsters love to corrode and devour tal; they can sense nearby tals, and Gray Dwarves wear tal gear. If it’s corroded, it’s understandably painful."

"I see," Elise nodded, realizing.

"Ah! Mr. Rein, what about your new gear and weapons..."

Elise blinked at Raine.

"Not a big problem, I’ll handle the Rust Monsters,"

Before Raine could say anything, Sulfur Vine confidently sat upright.

"I’m familiar with Rust Monsters, and I don’t carry much tal weaponry, so no problem!"

Benest also nodded with a smile and continued reading.

This ti, however, his proficiency in Dwarven Language seed impaired.

It didn’t sound like he couldn’t understand; it felt more like he was doubting his reading!

"Third spot is ancient lava soil... Earth Dragon, Challenge Level Fifteen... above..."

Benest could no longer continue past this point.

"What?"

"Oh my!"

Everyone in the room widened their eyes, wearing expressions of disbelief, looking at Raine.

No need to look at the fourth and fifth spots anymore.

Just the third monster on the map was already likely more powerful than the suspected extraordinary Mind Flayer in the Valley of Dead Water!

Challenge Level Fifteen?

What does that an?

If one had that level of power, why bother going to the Underdark?
