Priest Achel felt as if a bucket of ice water had been poured over him, jolting him awake!
Because the number of Gray Dwarf Warriors in front of them was beyond what a few individuals could handle.
His first thought was, ’Where is the captain?’
The second thought was, ’Fight or flee?’
The first question could no longer be considered.
As for the second question....
Being a Priest of the Divine Hall of Dawn who believes in Lathander, Achel quickly resolved with determination under his inner struggle.
Dawn symbolizes the light after the darkness.
And the core teaching of the Divine Hall of Dawn revolves around this, teaching followers—

Fire Mage Manning and half-Beastman Warrior Malok, were left facing each other, in disbelief.
A second later.
Tens of ters away.
Alongside a flash of blue light, Priest Achel reappeared.
The joy of escaping on his face froze in less than half a second.
Because he was horrified to discover, he had only moved thirty ters away.
And he was alone!
Three ters ahead, there stood several Gray Dwarf elites, equally puzzled.
"What the—!"
"This is a Blink Scroll!" Priest Achel’s eyes widened as he exclaid.
The Third Level Blink Scroll and Fourth Level Any Door Scroll, being spells of the sa spatial category, both had a faint bluish glow externally.
Almost indistinguishable in the slight difference of blue light brightness unless compared side by side.
This explained why Achel never doubted when he received the spell scroll from their captain Freddie.
But the problem was, the effects of Blink and Any Door are worlds apart.
Unlike the effect of Any Door— ’Teleport all friendly targets within a five-ter radius to a position within five hundred ters’, Blink only enables the caster to instantly disappear from the spot and reappear tens of ters away.
