....

Quarter of an hour later, the team continued their journey through the snow.

"Wow, the snow is getting heavier." Elise stretched out her pale little hand, observing the snowflakes as large as goose feathers, exclaiming in surprise.

"Yes, the weather in the Lankote Snowfield is quite troubleso." Schneider looked at the sky filled with dark clouds and the densely falling goose-feather-like snow, comnting.

"Awoooo~~~"

The distant howl of wolves made Schneider’s expression turn solemn!

"It’s the Winter Wolf Pack!"

"Damn, a snowstorm and a Winter Wolf Pack!" Ranger Zane said grimly.

With the blizzard reducing visibility to less than ten ters, both he and the fire mage Hayley would find their combat effectiveness greatly reduced.

"If it’s Winter Wolves... leave it to ." Raine’s eyes narrowed slightly as he sensed creatures rapidly approaching from ahead, approximately four in number.

"Hmm?"

"But the snowstorm..."

"Don’t worry, it’s not a major problem."

Raine possessed the ’High-level Invisibility Spell of Snow Ground’ from his partial White Dragon Bloodline.

The blizzard environnt was actually his ho field advantage.

In just ten minutes, Raine had dealt with four Winter Wolves and fused the elite Winter Wolf bloodline.

Unfortunately, in terms of spell ability, it couldn’t match the Ice Spirit, and his close combat ability was far inferior to the Wild Boar People Lord.

Clearly, the monster bloodline of Challenge Level 3, even if fused, was more like a chicken rib to Raine most of the ti.

The entire squad continued on their way for another half hour.

The blizzard gradually subsided, and the surroundings beca gradually clearer.

At this mont, Raine suddenly squinted his eyes, looking a short distance ahead, and redith’s voice ca from behind: "There are people ahead."

Hearing redith’s reminder, everyone looked in the direction Raine was gazing.

They saw seven or eight people in the vast sunken Ice Lake area ahead, seemingly searching for sothing, and three others were surrounding and attacking an Ice Spirit.

The opposing shield armor warrior easily withstood the Ice Spirit, with their armor occasionally emitting a circle of blue light, neutralizing the cold effect of the Ice Spirit’s frost spell.

Behind, a mage and a ranger were calmly attacking from a distance.

As a dazzling red fireball flashed, the Ice Spirit let out a wailing soul scream before dissipating into wisps of green smoke, leaving only a crystal core on the ground.

"It’s the Indomitable Power set that only Bronze-level adventurers can purchase." Schneider frowned, whispering as he looked at the opposing shield armor warrior.

Raine imdiately understood that the squad currently killing the Ice Spirit was a Bronze-level adventurer squad.

"Mr. Schneider, they got there first, what should we do?" Laisa couldn’t help asking.

"No worries, this area is quite large, we can just go around to the other side."

While Schneider had considered the possibility of such a low-probability event, its actual occurrence still left his expression sowhat displeased.

After all, according to his original plan, since he had already invited Raine and they had redith, a major expert, the goal was naturally to kill as many Ice Spirits in this area as possible.

But now it seed uncertain.

anwhile.

With the blizzard dissipated, the opposing ranger also spotted Raine and Schneider’s group almost simultaneously.

He quickly walked over to the shield armor warrior, whispered a few words, and pointed in the direction of Raine’s group.

Soon after, three individuals - the shield armor warrior, the ranger, and a male mage in a light red mage robe - quickly approached.

Seeing this, Raine and Schneider exchanged a glance, and Schneider promptly stepped forward without hesitation.

After all, since this operation was convened by him, such communications naturally fell to him.

But before Schneider could say anything, the first sentence from the opponents effectively killed the conversation: "We’ve reserved this area."

Schneider’s face imdiately darkened!

After all the effort he went through to invite people, including preparing frost resistance potions, drawing maps, and fighting through Ice Owl Bears and Winter Wolves to reach here.

Giving up with just one sentence from them was unacceptable to him.

Especially since this was linked to his subsequent plans of purchasing a rare-grade great sword and advancing to a Bronze-level adventurer.

"Such a large area, surely you can’t handle it all?" Schneider restrained his anger, saying.

"Damn, you’re talking too much! By the looks of you, you’re just a Black Iron-level adventurer squad, aren’t you?" the ranger sneered, spewing crude words, "If we were in Winterless City, you’d already be down by now."

Upon hearing the words ’Winterless City’, Schneider narrowed his eyes and scrutinized the opposing party. When his gaze fell on the small, green-mist-encircled curved blade dagger on the opponent’s chest, his face imdiately changed:

"Are you a subordinate squad of ’Nightmare Blade’?"

"Oh, didn’t expect you’d recognize us! Seems like you’ve been to Winterless City?" The ranger looked at Schneider with surprise, "Good, now move along."

Though reluctant, Schneider understood that since they belonged to the Silver Battle Group’s ’Nightmare Blade’, he had to swallow his pride, despite his dissatisfaction.

Unlike Schneider, who knew the background and ways of the opponents, Laisa was hot-tempered and imdiately shouted in fury upon hearing the word ’leave’:

"So what if you’re a Bronze-level adventurer squad!?"

This made Schneider secretly worry!

But before he could say anything, the wanderer glanced over Laisa, Ryu Teng, Hayley, and Elise, saying, "Wow! Not much power, but plenty of pretty girls. How about leaving this lady here to keep company."
