While Shen Sui was happily engaged in a "Dark Duel," Alice on her end was not idle at all.
When Alice woke up from her sleep, she was still in an excited state.
Having saved a thousand people from the apocalyptic disaster made her feel extrely accomplished, putting her in a much better mood and even adding much more enthusiasm to her life—enough to get her out of bed on a cold winter morning!
Alice stood in her pajamas by the window for three seconds, finally returning silently to her covers.
Indeed, no matter the passion one holds for life, it is still impossible to defeat the cold morning.
The bed will forever be my warm ho.
Alice squinted her eyes, feeling the warmth of the blankets, her cheeks slightly flushed with happiness.
It was at this mont that the door to the room was pushed open, and Isabella walked in with a displeased expression.
"Sister Isabella, what’s wrong?" Alice asked curiously when she noticed Isabella’s countenance, "You look like you’re in a bad mood."
Isabella was montarily speechless at Alice’s question, not knowing how to respond.
Although she held little resentnt over Alice taking control of the castle, asking why she was upset right after doing such a thing seed a bit too oblivious.
Of course, Isabella couldn’t take out her frustrations on Alice about sothing she wasn’t actually angry over; she patted Alice’s shoulder, saying, "I was calculated by a jerk, it’s really annoying! If I could just go over there, I’d definitely show her what I’m made of!"
Isabella was indeed quite vexed.
Since that night of madness, Qishala had kept her under strict guard, giving her no chance to tempt Shen Sui, which left Isabella, who had finally found a bit of flair to play with Shen Sui, feeling very depressed.
"Why is it so cold in your room?" Isabella raised her head, noticing the unusual chill filling the room.
Alice imdiately nodded in agreent, saying, "Right! Right! I thought so too."
As she spoke, Alice shuffled a bit, making room beside her and tapping a pillow as she invited Isabella, "If you’re cold too, you can co in! It’s warm under the covers!"
Isabella watched Alice’s actions, hesitating for a few seconds.
After a good while, she finally said, slightly exasperated, "Firstly, aren’t you a Fire Mage, Alice? The basic Cold-Driving Spell for a Fire Mage, that’s at least supposed to be basic skills, right?"
"Oh... oh!" Alice had a sudden realization.
The next mont, a fireball appeared in her hand.
"Is your Cold-Driving Spell the Fireball Technique?" Isabella was instantly sowhat overwheld upon seeing this.
"No problem, right? I think it feels a lot warr."
"Quick, quick, quick! Extinguish it! You’re going to burn the blanket!"
"Aye, aye, aye!" Alice hurriedly put out the fireball.
Seeing Alice’s awkward deanor, Isabella sighed and asked, "You haven’t even learned the most basic Life Magic?"
"Life Magic... is it powerful?" Alice retorted, "It doesn’t seem very effective from what I’ve seen, and it can be replaced by other magic, so I didn’t learn it."
"Your alternative way is to use Fireball Technique for a Cold-Driving Spell?"
"Isn’t that okay? I think the effect is quite notable." Alice confidently nodded, saying, "You see, the room environnt has risen by a few degrees."
Isabella finally understood the danger of Alice as described by Shen Sui.

"But the fireplace consus a lot of fuel." Alice tried to explain her reason to Isabella for not using it, "Auntie once scolded severely over this..."
Isabella found it both amusing and exasperating that a girl who could drink magic potions like water would consider the fuel for a fireplace a waste?
Looking into the girl’s innocent eyes, Isabella felt as though there was a deep and solid wall between them at that mont.
However, eventually, the girl was beaten by the cold.
After lighting the fireplace, the room indeed beca much warr, and Alice reluctantly erged from her covers.
"Claude is ignoring again." Alice tried to call out to Claude in her heart as she wanted to share about the mysterious Otherworld with him, but Claude did not respond to her.
