Up to this point, it seed rather normal, just a typical storyline of a protagonist encountering a fortuitous event during an outing.
But then the plot started to get strange.
Just as Alice got through the storm, she plunged straight into a pirate fleet.
And this pirate fleet was coincidentally the one planning to attack Alice in Juhai City.
At this point, Shen Sui realized that in the vast seas of the Dawn Continent, there existed countless mariti forces, among which seven pirate fleets tightly held control over the seas, known as the Seven Warlords of the Sea (Laugh).
Alice had actually already encountered one of these seven pirate fleets before, which was the reason she attacked Juhai City, the one supported by the Church of the Master of Thunder.
The fall of Juhai City had now beco a huge news story, being sung across the whole ocean, with slogans like "Hozerville is the king of these seas" being shouted.
This made other self-proclaid powerful pirate fleets uneasy, deciding they wanted to confront Alice.
Of course, Alice couldn’t possibly take a large fleet with her to Dragon Island, so when she collided with the fleet nad the Overlord Pirate Gang, she only had the Dawn with her.
She planned to use an old trick, pretending to be a small pirate hoping to gain fa by joining the Overlord Pirate Gang in their quest to defeat Hozerville.
However, she didn’t expect that there was no simple force surviving in these seas.
The Overlord Pirate Gang’s leader easily saw through Alice’s disguise.
Alice originally didn’t want to make trouble, since Claude had already sternly criticized her for causing unnecessary complications.
But since the other side struck first, Alice had no choice but to retaliate.
She used the array of the Dawn to stir up a storm in the seas.
The storm engulfed the fleet of the Overlord Pirate Gang.
Besides the Dawn, crafted entirely from Floating Phoenix Wood and ticulously carved by Vivian, there’s basically no ship in this world that could erge unscathed from such a powerful storm.
Blown by the sudden storm, the majority of the Overlord Pirate Gang’s ships lost their combat capability, and the few that remained intact were easily defeated by Alice.
[Alice was in a hurry.]

And this marked the beginning of Alice’s mad return journey to Dragon Island.
The assault on Juhai City was such a big event that countless forces at sea were hoping to make sothing out of it.
From the mont Juhai City fell, the entire ocean turned into chaotic turmoil.
Despite having eliminated the Overlord Pirate Gang, Alice hadn’t sailed far before she collided head-on with the fleet from the Roland Empire, planning to reclaim the "lost territory" in Juhai City.
This was a formal navy, whose strength was far beyond what the Overlord Pirate Gang could compare to.
However, Alice, aside from having the identity of Hozerville, was also the acting Pope of the Church of the Master of Thunder! And she was officially recognized by the Master of Thunder as the Pope!
With the Church of the Master of Thunder effectively ruling the Roland Empire at the ti, naturally, important naval forces like this one contained priests loyal to the Master of Thunder.
Thus, Alice planned to present the Pope’s token, hoping to bypass them.
