Yang Chen looked at the two old n gloomily.
As soon as they entered, Elder Zhuo saw Xiaowang holding a box of liquor and shouted, "Move the liquor to the side, we’re not drinking that today!"
Imdiately, upon hearing this, Qin Zhiyuan got anxious and jumped up, saying, "We are definitely drinking that today!"
And then...the two of them started bickering.
Ye Xin rushed in, seeing the two elders arguing fiercely, and quickly ca over to hold Yang Chen’s arm, asking, "Honey, what’s going on here?"
Yang Chen shrugged helplessly and stepped forward, saying, "Director, how about just going with Uncle Zhuo’s choice today?"
"No way!" Qin Zhiyuan waved his hand angrily, "I can’t just give in! I’ve worked hard to raise this child, and now this old guy wants to take advantage at the last mont! I can let many things go, but not this liquor today!"
Yang Chen was taken aback upon hearing this.
Elder Zhuo was also briefly stunned.

"Haha!" Elder Zhuo chuckled, "Today I’m the host, and the guest’s choice will be followed, drink your liquor!"
Qin Zhiyuan waved, "Alright! Since I’m at your place today, how can I not feast on your hospitality and drink your liquor!"
"That works too!" Elder Zhuo laughed heartily.
The food wasn’t ready yet; Elder Zhuo sat at the tea table with a few others to have tea and chat first.
Elder Zhuo boiled so water and said to Yang Chen, "Xiaochen, how do you find this Yixing clay teapot of mine?"
Yang Chen took it and felt good at once.
"Not bad! A great jade cap!" Yang Chen praised.
Elder Zhuo smiled proudly, "I acquired this a long ti ago and have been reluctant to use it, only specially taking it out today; check the mark at the back."
Yang Chen flipped the teapot over and couldn’t help but exclaim, "Great piece!"
Ye Xin curiously leaned over, "How do you tell?"
Yang Chen pointed at the signature, "This is a work by Wang Youlan, a master Yixing clay teapot maker!"
Yang Chen also opened the teapot, checked the lid, and inside the spout, admiringly saying, "A real artifact, truly authentic!"
Elder Zhuo asked curiously, "Xiaochen, you know about these things?"
Yang Chen laughed, "I usually enjoy tea and have learned a bit."
Elder Zhuo nodded with a smile, "Liking tea is good, tea promotes health."
Beside them, Li Muyang appeared sowhat envious, "Uncle Zhuo, you’re biased, aren’t you? You’ve kept such a good thing for so long, not letting use it when I return, but you take it out imdiately for Yang Chen."
"Well, of course!" Elder Zhuo laughed, "One’s a son, the other’s a nephew, naturally different!"
These words were spoken bluntly.
Li Muyang smiled bitterly, "Alright, seems I’m being excluded."
The group laughed and began to drink tea.
Elder Zhuo even brought out his treasured Da Hong Pao, and Yang Chen thoroughly enjoyed it, drinking two pots in a row before catching his breath.
Finally, Yang Chen smiled and said, "This is quite a treat, not everyone gets to taste the mother tree Da Hong Pao."
"You can even taste that?" Elder Zhuo looked at Yang Chen in surprise.
Yang Chen laughed, "With your current status, the distributed Da Hong Pao can’t possibly be from any other propagation, it must be from the mother tree, especially since you’re taking it out to entertain ."
"Haha! That’s true indeed." Elder Zhuo chuckled.
At this mont, the cook began to serve dishes and rice.
Yang Chen stood up and said, "I’ll go prepare the drunken shrimp, and steam the crabs as well."
Elder Zhuo imdiately said, "Don’t bother, let them do it."
"No worries!" Yang Chen laughed, "I have a secret recipe, the taste they prepare isn’t quite the sa as mine."
Saying this, Yang Chen headed for the kitchen.
Ye Xin stood up and shouted, "Honey, I’ll co with you!"
Ye Xin caught up, intimately linking arms with Yang Chen, looking every bit the part of a newlywed couple.
The three at the tea table watched them, chuckling lightly.
"That’s Old Ye’s daughter." Elder Zhuo laughed a bit as he said.
"Old Ye? Which Old Ye?" Qin Zhiyuan didn’t pay much attention and instead frowned, asking, "Old Zhuo, you’d better think it through, we’ve co to your place today, if things co out down the road, you’ll bear so responsibility."
Elder Zhuo chuckled, "If I have to, then I have to. At this age, what haven’t I seen?"
"But..." Qin Zhiyuan frowned, "You’re not like , a solitary old man, you still have a whole bunch of little ones after you!"
"Don’t worry about it, who knows what the future holds. But, do you still rember that critique on Wudan Mountain back then?" Elder Zhuo asked.
Qin Zhiyuan frowned and sighed, "How could I not rember."
Elder Zhuo smiled, "Nine Heavens, misty clouds hide dragons, celestial stems and earthly branches devoid, encountering red land storms surge, driving phoenixes can calm the world."
At the ti, Elder Zhuo didn’t understand this phrase, only because it ntioned dragons, which are a great taboo.
Thinking about it now, Elder Zhuo had co to fully understand it.
Qin Zhiyuan, however, still had his brows furrowed, wearing an enduring look of worry.
Elder Zhuo laughed at this sight, "Old Qin, what are you worried about? I’m not worried, so what are you worried for?"
"Don’t add to the confusion!" Qin Zhiyuan frowned, "This old body of mine fears nothing, having chosen to carry the burden back then, I’ve never regretted it, why should you ddle!"
A trace of being moved flashed across Elder Zhuo’s face, he chuckled lightly and poured a cup of tea for Qin Zhiyuan, placing it before him, "Old squad leader, have so tea!"
Qin Zhiyuan glared at Elder Zhuo, though discontent, Elder Zhuo called him by the old squad leader title, and he couldn’t just vent at Elder Zhuo.
"Old squad leader, what I just told you, do you know whose family Ye Xin is from?" Elder Zhuo asked.
"You just said, it’s from Old Ye’s, which Old Ye’s family?" Qin Zhiyuan asked.
In his mory, there were many Ye families; he was unsure which one Elder Zhuo referred to.
Elder Zhuo glared at Qin Zhiyuan, "Which Ye family could it be? The one that stayed in Ningchuan back then!"
Pfft!
Cough cough cough cough!
Qin Zhiyuan spat out the tea in his mouth, coughing incessantly, shocked, "What did you say?"
Elder Zhuo nodded with a mischievous grin, "That’s right, that Old Ye family, old squad leader, aren’t you surprised? Unexpected?"
"Surprised? Unexpected indeed!" Qin Zhiyuan looked back to see if they had returned, then turned back to Elder Zhuo and scolded, "Are you crazy, Old Zhuo! Is this sothing to joke about? Why didn’t you stop them!!!"
