"What if I don’t let go?" Felix Chandler’s hand, taking advantage of Kiki Sutton’s drunkenness, reached out to touch her deliberately to provoke lody Thorne.
lody Thorne said nothing; she rely took a step forward, closer to Felix Chandler.
Felix Chandler looked down at her, curious about what trick this woman had up her sleeve. He doubted she dared to play any tricks.
Just a woman, he thought dismissively.
"What, are you interested in being a drinking companion like her?"
lody Thorne stepped forward again. "As long as you live, I’ll have no problem being your drinking companion."
Felix Chandler’s eyes lit up, sowhat incredulous.
His thoughts were confird the next second when sothing pressed against his abdon, making him look down and change his expression dramatically. "What are you doing?"
"You must have heard of accidents with guns," lody Thorne’s finger slid back on the trigger, "Especially among won. It’s all too common."
"Trying to scare ?" Felix Chandler asked calmly, skeptical about how a woman like lody Thorne could have a gun. Even he wouldn’t casually carry one.
"Feel free to try . The last ti I aid, it was at Terence Thorne, but unfortunately, I was too far away to hit him. If you dare move now, so close, I bet I won’t miss," lody Thorne spoke expressionlessly. "Jared Quinn only taught how to shoot, not what to do after. Probably just find a nice grave for you and bury you there."
Felix Chandler’s expression kept changing, unable to see any cowardice or weakness in lody Thorne’s face. She seed capable of killing without a blink.
"I was just joking, Miss Thorne, don’t take it seriously," Felix Chandler released Kiki Sutton.
Kiki Sutton was montarily dazed, her vision a bit blurry, but there really seed to be sothing black pressing against Felix Chandler.
It looked like... a gun.
Kiki Sutton "..." My god.
"Move it away," Felix Chandler began sweating, fearing that lody Thorne might suddenly pull the trigger.
"Let’s go, get out," lody Thorne pulled Kiki Sutton, continuing expressionlessly.
"lody..." Kiki Sutton was slightly frightened. She looked down, wanting to see if the gun in lody Thorne’s hand was real, but she couldn’t tell. It looked ninety percent similar to the pictures of guns she’d seen.
"Be careful, don’t let it go off."
Felix Chandler had no choice but to walk outside. To the people in the bar, it looked as if Felix Chandler had impressively caught the attention of two won.
Several people cast suggestive glances their way.
At the bar entrance, Felix Chandler’s face had turned pale, glaring at lody Thorne. "Put the gun down."
"Was it you who hit Finn Thorne with your car?"
Felix Chandler swallowed, his eyes fixed on the gun. "No, you’ve got it wrong, it wasn’t ."
"The truth," lody Thorne’s gun pressed forward again.
"Yes, yes, it was a disobedient guy under who did it."
"Co out," lody Thorne glanced around, her words directed at the surroundings.
She was certain that Jared Quinn, worried sick about her, wouldn’t let her go out alone. That day at the Quinn Group, he’d tossed her a fake gun,
He wouldn’t give her a real one, nor let blood stain her hands.
