When lody Thorne suddenly realized what it was, she stood there as if struck by lightning, stunned.
"Why not continue?" Jared Quinn spoke in a low voice, his magnetic voice carrying a hint of hoarseness.
lody Thorne "..."
"If you feel a heat on you, go take a shower." lody Thorne shrank further into the covers, "I’m not feeling well today, my stomach hurts a bit, I think my period has just co."
Jared Quinn was burning all over, especially in the morning after enduring a night of being teased. They were legally married, had done it more than once or twice, why should he go take a shower now?
"lody Thorne, don’t pretend not to understand."
"What?" lody Thorne indeed didn’t react for a mont.
Jared Quinn turned over and kissed her little mouth; she was the only woman he had, if she didn’t help him, then who would?
An hour later, Jared Quinn finally turned over and went to the bathroom, turning on the coldest water.
Two hours later, lody Thorne sat in the downstairs living room in a not so good mood.
Jared Quinn ca downstairs, his tall, upright figure wrapped in a sullen, gloomy, expensive black suit, exuding a layer of icy aura from head to toe.
"What’s wrong?" Jared Quinn strode over, looking down at her, asking in a cool voice. Shouldn’t he be the one in a bad and sullen mood right now?
Early in the morning, he soaked in cold water for that long, forcibly cooling down.
lody Thorne reached out her fingers, grabbed Jared Quinn’s big hand, but just touched it before quickly pulling back. His fingers and body temperature were nothing a human would have, like ice, chilling to the bone.
"So cold."
"Whose fault is that?" Jared Quinn spoke with a gloomy look in his eyes, wasn’t it her job to handle it for him this morning?
Or he could force it, but right now he prefers a mutual understanding with her, he doesn’t like acting rashly, every ti it feels like he’s forcing her.
lody Thorne "..."
"Why the long face?" Jared Quinn pinched her nose.
