Through the screen, Caleb could almost picture her angry, ready to give him a good beating. If he saw her like that, he’d definitely find it adorable.

Soone in Crestfall wanted to capture Jared, but unfortunately, he’s always unpredictable, skilled in plotting. Almost everyone missed their chance, not even getting a step in while suffering losses instead—a lot of people might face serious trouble because of this.

Titus Quinn’s gaze naturally noticed lody’s phone. He recalled what lody said last night—she ntioned having contact with Jared. Was that true?
lody put her phone away. "Let Simon Sutton handle the company issues for now; I’ll figure sothing out."
"But, ma’am, I’m afraid if they start making a fuss, things could spiral out of control," the butler said worriedly. "How about letting the Second Young Master go to the company to stall for now?"
"I said I will figure it out. Everyone should focus on finding Jared," lody said firmly, leaving no room for refusal.
She couldn’t possibly let Titus enter the company.
"Since the young madam has spoken, we should just do as she says," Dr. Mo said, standing up. "I’ll head back to the hospital. If anything cos up, I’ll be back."
"Okay, go on," lody waved at him as she led Timmy toward the dining table. "Let’s eat first. Maybe after dinner, your dad will be back."
"Alright," Timmy nodded obediently.
When lody received Caleb’s text again, he told her the issue had been resolved, and simultaneously, a video ca through on her phone. The video showed two figures; the man’s face was unclear, but his back looked remarkably like Jared’s,
and the other figure was Caleb. It looked like they were in a luxurious room, with various collaboration docunts placed on the table.
