Her inner monologue was a single word: Damn!
"I don’t care!" lody glared at him, "I’ll never be Mrs. Quinn again in this lifeti!"
Right now, she couldn’t wait to strengthen her wings and escape with Timmy, how could she possibly stick to him?
Jared’s dark eyes were fixed on the petite woman in front of him. More precisely, it was like staring at prey, prey that hadn’t sparked his desire to conquer in a long ti. His cold black pupils were filled with interest, spurred by her defiance.
He didn’t even want to conquer her too quickly, but rather devour her bit by bit.

lody lightly bit her lip and left. She saw Timmy was already sleeping obediently on his own, a touch of softness rising in her heart. She just needed to endure a bit longer, and with a bit more ti, she’d figure out a way to take Timmy away from here.

Just as lody considered anonymously supporting Jean Gage, a comnt popped up catching her attention, saying nothing—just a bed photo of a man and a woman, half of the woman’s face showing, seemingly Ivy.
It was obviously a candid photo.
lody purposely glanced at the anonymous user’s na "[The Lone Avenger]," whose bloody profile picture instantly reminded her of soone, the reclusive teenager from The Adler Family.
On a whim, lody moved the mouse and added him as a friend.
Suddenly, darkness lood over her as the light was blocked, and a large hand gripped her shoulder.
