She really didn’t do it on purpose.

"Sis-in-law, you’ve really ruined ," Leon Rivers complained tearfully. The reporter had posted their chat records online, and now everyone thought he was gay.

"So what? Compared to you, I’m much worse off," lody Thorne chuckled nonchalantly.

If Leon Rivers hadn’t helped her so many tis before, she would have stayed to deal with him now!

"Sis-in-law, this was all to help you, you can’t be so heartless,"

lody Thorne popped a grape into her mouth, "Don’t benefit from others’ misfortune and then act innocent. Don’t worry, I definitely won’t trick you again in the future. I’m not going to hold you accountable for the issue with Timmy either."

She had previously considered instigating Jared Quinn to go against Leon Rivers, but she was already being lenient with him now.

Leon Rivers wailed, "Sis-in-law, if I had known Jared would marry you, I definitely wouldn’t have taken anything from that woman’s body. Even touching her made my hands feel dirty, and the child born is still sick. Actually, Timmy is the thing I regret the most."

Out of Leon Rivers’ sight, lody Thorne’s eyes grew colder and colder.

Timmy is the thing he regrets the most?

"Leon Rivers!" lody Thorne suddenly stood up, her gaze icy as she stared at him, "Do you know whose child Timmy is?"

"Jared’s," Leon Rivers was already drunk, he couldn’t see anything clearly now, nor did he realize how cold lody Thorne’s gaze was as it fixed on him.

"He’s mine!" lody Thorne clenched her hand, sowhat provoked by Leon Rivers’ remark about Timmy being his greatest regret, her cold voice tinged with restraint!

This was the first ti she had spoken it out so openly.

"Huh?" Leon Rivers was completely dumbfounded; as he barely regained his clarity, lody Thorne had already walked out of the room.

lody Thorne’s recent words were like a bomb exploding over Leon Rivers’ head, forcing him to sober up.

What did he just hear?

Outside the room, lody Thorne kicked the hallway wall in front of her. Why did she get so agitated just now? She had unintentionally blurted out that Timmy was her son!

Leon Rivers was drunk, he wouldn’t rember, right?

lody Thorne walked through the corridor, intending to find Jared Quinn, when suddenly there appeared a figure she hadn’t seen for a few days.

"Caleb," lody Thorne eyed the man in front of her warily, "I thought you had already left here!"

"Sorry, there’s no more ti!" Caleb raised his head, his eyes gleaming with a calculating light.

"What do you want to do?"

Jared Quinn received a call from abroad, informing him that the matter in Crestfall had been resolved, and he didn’t need to go over anymore, which was just as well since he didn’t want lody Thorne to take any risks.

"Where’s lody?"

On the sofa was only Leon Rivers, still dazed and yet to recover.

"I... sis-in-law," Leon Rivers hadn’t yet recovered from lody Thorne’s words, "Sis-in-law... she... she went out."

Jared Quinn turned and walked out of the room.

"Jared, Jared," Leon Rivers suddenly stood up, blocking Jared Quinn’s path, "Do you know whose child Timmy is?"

Jared Quinn narrowed his dangerous, pitch-black eyes, assuming Leon Rivers was just drunk, "He’s my child!"

"No, Jared, Jared," Leon Rivers wanted to continue, but Jared Quinn had already walked out of the room.

In his ear was lody Thorne’s phrase, Timmy is my child!
