"Why are you staying so far away? Get closer. When did the horsemanship of the Seymour Family beco so degraded?" A woman was surrounded in the middle, watching everything in the horse arena like it was a clown performance.
lody Thorne’s gaze fell on the woman. She strode into the arena, snatched the horse from the servant’s hands, and mounted it.
"Miss," the person tried to grab the horse, "this isn’t one that just anyone can ride. It’s very wild; only n can ride it."
"Get out of my way," lody tightened the reins and rushed toward the woman in the center, cracking sunflower seeds. Anger was burning away her rationality, along with all her suppressed emotions from the past few days.
Stella Seymour turned her head. A horse galloped ferociously towards them, with a posture as if it would trample them over. The expressions of the people around changed instantly.
"Stop," Stella Seymour shouted, pointing at lody Thorne’s horse.
"Quick, get out of the way, that woman’s gone mad."
"Ah, move!" Seeing the horse approaching rapidly, the others quickly fled to the side. Only Stella Seymour and the woman watching the spectacle remained seated, unable to believe lody dared to trample over them.
"I told you to stop," Stella Seymour’s eyes changed as lody had no intention of stopping.
"Sis, move away," seeing lody’s horse couldn’t stop, Stella Seymour fled in panic to the side.
"You dare trample ?" Clara Seymour stood up, fixing a fierce glare on lody.
"Giddy up," lody sped up, tightening the reins. Only then did everyone realize lody’s initial target was Clara Seymour, intending to trample her deliberately.
"Ah," screams echoed around the arena as Clara Seymour dodged and fell to the ground to avoid lody’s horse, her hair disheveled from the movent.
"Are you trying to kill ?" Clara Seymour stood up, angrily pointing at lody.
Originally thinking once was enough, lody turned back and charged at Clara Seymour again.
"Ah, help! Help !" Clara Seymour scread as she dodged all over the arena until a rider pulled her onto a horse to escape lody.
"You lunatic!" Clara Seymour shouted out of control.
lody coldly laughed and stopped the horse. "This is a lesson for you. If I catch you touching my people again, I swear the horse will trample over you instead of just your head!"
"Do you think only you dare?" Clara Seymour yelled indignantly, "Go over! Trample her!"
"Calm down, miss," the servant had to remind her, "She’s the first heir. We aren’t in the position to do anything to her. Don’t forget the Seymour Family’s rules."
"Ahhh," Clara Seymour scread several tis in loss of control, her carefully maintained image collapsing by half at that mont.
"Dad," lody got off the horse and supported Levin Thorne’s arm, "I’m sorry, I didn’t know they would treat you like that."
"We’re fine, we’re fine," Levin comforted the frightened Mrs. Thorne in his arms, "It’s my fault. If we hadn’t gone out wanting your mom to recover her mory sooner, we wouldn’t have fallen into their hands so quickly."
"It was bound to co, just sooner rather than later," lody’s eyes flashed coldly, sweeping over Clara Seymour, who had been forcibly persuaded away by the servants. She should have given her a proper lesson!
"l...lody," Mrs. Thorne suddenly held her head in her hands, groaning in pain, "l...ody."
