Howard Seymour recorded so much over the entire month.
"What does my dad an? Where is high and no one has ever been there?"
Suddenly, her tone paused as she thought of a place, that place belonging to the clan elder. He had said that his territory was forbidden to everyone, and what Howard Seymour ant was to see how much of the elder’s territory was hidden from everyone.
"Jared Quinn, shall we go up and take another look?" lody Thorne spoke nervously. "Perhaps the last place my dad was at was that fourth floor of the clan elder’s place, otherwise he wouldn’t have put the recorder there."
"That’s very possible," Harold Chapman chid in.
"Who knows what else is hidden there, you surely can’t go, but there is a way to avoid missing anything."
"What way?"
"Have the building demolished, bit by bit."
"This way nothing will be missed, and the chance of finding sothing will be especially high."
"Alright, then let Harold Chapman take people and have that building demolished, but before demolishing, bring the clan elder out to see what kind of reaction he might have," lody Thorne said.
If Howard Seymour isn’t dead and is instead being held captive, then the clan elder is sure to react.
"How about I relax my vigilance today and let soone rescue him to see what he does?" Harold Chapman suggested.
"Alright."
In two days, Harold Chapman’s team demolished the entire building, but didn’t find anything, yet rumors among the Seymour Family grew louder, thinking she was making a scene.
"He toured the entire C Country, and finally went to a place, but this person is too thorough in checks; we couldn’t find anything in the places he visited."
lody Thorne grew increasingly disappointed, feeling soone behind her was controlling and causing trouble.
"You guys talk, I’ll sit at the door for a while," lody Thorne said irritably, as so many days had passed yet still nothing was found.
Jared Quinn knew she wasn’t feeling well inside, so he didn’t stop her and continued discussing with Harold Chapman what to do next.
lody Thorne stepped out of the room and walked a few steps down the road ahead, unexpectedly seeing a person, Hans Montrose.
He stood there as if deliberately waiting for her. lody Thorne didn’t move forward; after the last incident, they couldn’t return to the past.
"lody," Hans Montrose spoke, his enchanting eyes hiding secrets unknown to others as he walked towards her, "Are you looking for your father?"
He asked softly.
"Yes," lody Thorne didn’t deny it, not saying an extra word.
Hans Montrose stood in front of her, eyes firm, "If I tell you where he is, will you believe ?"
lody Thorne suddenly turned her head, "What do you an?"
"My aning was clear just now. I said I know where your father is, but you know we can’t go back to the past, and I can’t be as selfless as before towards you."
"You an you know he isn’t dead? And you know where he is? How do you know all this?" lody Thorne was most concerned about this question.
She suddenly realized that although she grew up with Hans Montrose since childhood, she knew nothing about him after he went abroad, but she felt a giant net slowly closing in on her, and the one pulling the net was Hans Montrose.
