A cold glint flashed in Hans Montrose’s eyes, and he turned to leave.
"Kiki, what’s going on between you and Hans Montrose?" lody Thorne gripped her hand. "Is your sudden breakdown related to him?"
"My sudden breakdown? Haha, yes, I suddenly went crazy," Kiki laughed twice but ultimately didn’t tell lody Thorne how she got into the car accident.
She still couldn’t bring herself to speak about Hans Montrose.
Forget it, she would pretend she never knew him, let him tell others whatever he wanted.
"Don’t ask for now, let her rest for a while," the doctor said, attaching the respirator with his large hand.
"You rest well first, I’m going to find Hans Montrose." A cold glimr crossed lody Thorne’s eyes as she turned to walk to the room next door.
"What exactly did you do to Kiki? Why did she suddenly go crazy?" lody Thorne looked at Hans Montrose with disappointnt in her eyes.
She could see that Hans Montrose’s explanation last night had deceived her.
Hans Montrose lowered his gaze. To him, Kiki’s issue was just an accident, nothing more.
"She ca to last night, said she had long been in love with . I don’t have much ti left, so I rejected her. She couldn’t bear it and ran out of the hospital. By the ti I chased after her, she was already in a car accident. It’s all my fault. I will definitely apologize to her when she gets better."
Kiki woke up without saying anything, and now seeing Hans Montrose’s expression, lody Thorne didn’t think much of it.

Having figured out the truth, Ashton Young was not secretly involved, and lody Thorne breathed a sigh of relief. "Let the doctor take good care of Kiki. I’ll co back to accompany her later."
Kiki had just woken up and was too emotional, leading to so discomfort in her stomach. She wanted to rest properly.

lody Thorne lay resting in the bedroom, doubting what Kiki and Hans Montrose said to each other. If it was really because of a relationship, Kiki wouldn’t act so impulsively, yet the surveillance showed Kiki running while fearfully looking back.

lody Thorne dialed Caleb’s number. Caleb had a contract with the Seymour Family, and she naturally needed to use him, especially since his investigations would be more convenient.
"What’s up?" Caleb answered the phone, a slight smile on his lips.
"Help find out why Kiki went crazy."
"Isn’t she already awake? You should just ask her directly."
"She’s awake, but she hasn’t said anything."
Caleb furrowed his brow slightly. "You’d better ask her directly why she suddenly went crazy. I owe soone a favor on this matter, so I can’t interfere."
lody Thorne almost threw the phone in her hand. Damn it, what does owing soone a favor have to do with not interfering?
"Just tell what you can do," lody Thorne lost her patience.
"Anything but this," Caleb said.
