lody Thorne looked around, seeing that there was only one room on the second floor – Kenneth Young’s. So the wine they’re carrying must be ant for him.
She walked over to the two waitresses and blocked their path. "This is the wine Mr. Young ordered, but he suddenly wants to change it. You wait here, I’ll take it down to swap."
"Who are you?" One of the waitresses took a step back.
lody Thorne smiled, "I was just called here by Mr. Young to have a drink. He said the other woman’s drinking skills are too poor, so he called . If you don’t believe it, you can go in and ask."
The two waitresses exchanged a look and didn’t ask anything further, handing her the tray. "Should I still take it in later?"
They definitely didn’t want to miss the opportunity to deliver the wine; every ti they did, they could earn a lot in tips.
"Of course, you wait here for a mont, I’ll go pick a few bottles of wines Mr. Young likes." lody Thorne went downstairs.
Her eyes swept over the wine cabinet downstairs, selecting the strongest alcohol and mixing them all together. Then she lightly shook it a few tis before heading back upstairs.
"Alright, you can take it in now," lody Thorne handed the wine to the waitresses, "I’m going to the restroom."
"Okay."
"Oh, by the way," lody Thorne halted her steps slightly, "I just t Jared downstairs. This wine is from Jared, he said it’s for Mr. Young."
"Okay," the two waitresses went inside.
lody Thorne hid on one side, hearing sounds inside for a while, then it went completely silent.
"Mr. Young, Mr. Young, how are you so drunk today?" Another man’s voice ca from inside.
"Alright, alright, you can go now. I’ll let you off the hook for tonight," the man helped Kenneth Young out.
Kiki Sutton let out a breath on the sofa before getting up to leave.
lody Thorne watched her leave before turning back to look for Jared Quinn.
But just as she turned, she saw Jared Quinn standing behind her. Her heart pounded fiercely a few tis in her chest. He was leaning against the corridor wall, smoking. His long legs were slightly bent forward, and the cigarette in his fingers was nearly burnt out.
That could only an he had been standing there for a while.
lody Thorne glanced at him twice before retracting her gaze and walking forward.
Jared Quinn narrowed his deep and bottomless eyes, grabbing her arm with his large hand.
"What? You’re so eager to find out what SM is?" lody Thorne spoke in the tone he used to speak to her, not caring about anything since she was in a bad mood.
Jared Quinn’s gaze on her deepened.
lody Thorne boldly untied the tie on his suit and wrapped it around his big hand.
Then, she took a step back, raised her joined hands, bent her body slightly, and posed in an S shape. "This is the S."
Then she let her arms drop, "And this is the M."
As soon as she completed the M, she bolted like lightning, as fast as she could, feeling the intense killing intent behind her.
"lody Thorne!" Jared Quinn cursed lowly. Damn, she tricked him again.
At Quinn Villa, the two entered one after the other, neither looking in a good mood. One was on the verge of exploding in anger, while the other was simply in a bad mood.
This was nothing like what Simon Sutton had said about the two getting along harmoniously.
"Young master, little madam, you’re back?" The butler greeted them.
