But she quickly cald down, because her first instinct was that it must be lody Thorne who angered Jared Quinn.
"Hey," the butler put down what he was holding and hurried over.
Jared Quinn glanced around the hall at everyone and finally focused on the butler, "Do you think it’s appropriate for the Quinn Family to host a party for the Adler Family? Or did you decide that on your own? Hmm?"
The butler was imdiately shocked, his expression changed, and he silently complained to himself, didn’t you ignore Ivy hosting parties here before?
"I wouldn’t dare, young master. She insisted on coming, and the mont she ca in, she ordered us around to host a party for her," the butler, being sly, imdiately shifted the bla onto Ivy upon seeing his young master was clearly angry.
This was indeed the case.
Hearing this, Ivy imdiately beca anxious, pulling down her clothing to reveal more, but Jared Quinn didn’t even glance at her, though the lady of the Quinn Family did notice.
"Alright, alright, it’s no big deal. I let her hold a private party here," the lady of the Quinn Family interrupted.
"Just this once, there won’t be a next ti!" Jared Quinn’s eyes remained fixed on the small woman in front.
He thought she would be happy, at least he was protecting her.
But when Jared finished speaking, lody Thorne’s expression remained unchanged, as she continued to walk out holding little Timmy.
"Are you still not satisfied?" Jared Quinn squinted his eyes dangerously; she was the first woman he ever protected.
lody Thorne raised an eyebrow indifferently, "Do you want to thank you profusely or bow reluctantly to you?"
What she wanted was for him to directly kick Ivy out.
"Ha," Jared Quinn sneered with rage, he couldn’t believe the woman who had been clinging to him all this ti was becoming hard to manage, isn’t it ridiculous?
His large hand took Timmy back and handed him to the butler, then grabbed lody Thorne’s arm and headed upstairs.
"Let go of ," lody Thorne struggled, "I want to go out."
"You’re sick," Jared Quinn tossed so dicine he was carrying to the butler, "Prepare it and bring it up."
"Yes."
"Jared Quinn, I said I don’t want to go."
Jared Quinn stopped in his tracks, and just when lody Thorne thought he was going to let her go, he lifted her up with one arm, in a horizontal hold, one hand supporting her bottom, and went straight upstairs.
Everyone downstairs was stunned, then silently averted their gaze, feeling it was hard to watch.
Ivy watched anxiously from below, stomping her feet; Jared Quinn had already gone upstairs with lody Thorne, so what was the point of hosting a party here?
Upstairs.
Jared Quinn tossed lody Thorne onto the large bed, yanked off his tie, and warned, "Don’t move."
