The spear sliced through the air. At that exact mont, Edgar sent a sharp blood spike from behind, forcing the man to twist around and defend. That was the opening.

My spear slamd into the man’s side and exploded.

The air shook from the blast. Essence erupted outward, tearing the clouds and sending the blood-user flying backward, his clothes shredded and limbs flailing.

Before he could recover, Arkas appeared behind him like a thunder god.

He raised his trident and plunged it straight toward the man’s back.

The sharp end of the spear pierced straight through the man’s chest. A flash of lightning exploded from the impact, blasting a hole clean through his torso.

The Holt Grandmaster twitched once in midair. Then he went still.

Arkas yanked his trident free, letting the man’s body drift backward through the air before it began to fall, slowly at first, then faster, vanishing into the clouds below.

Edgar floated beside Arkas, brushing dust from his shoulder like he hadn’t just helped kill a Grandmaster. I hovered nearby, my gaze locked on the smoke rising from the dead man’s body. It was still crackling with faint lightning from my earlier spear.

"That’s two down," I said quietly.

Arkas gave a small nod. His eyes, however, remained sharp and focused, already planning the next move.

"We don’t have ti to rest," Arkas said. "Soon, Dante will have no choice but to release the three strongest Grandmasters."

That made Edgar tense. Even he knew what that ant.

"Edgar, I want you to head east," Arkas said, eyes scanning the sky where one of the Feran Grandmasters clashed with one of our own. "That Contractor’s slippery. You’re the best suited to deal with soone like him."

Edgar grinned. "Glad you finally recognize my brilliance."

Arkas didn’t respond. His gaze shifted south, where another Feran Grandmaster lit up the sky with bursts of chaotic energy. "I’ll take the one down south. We need to finish them fast, if we let those three link up with the contractors, the situation might go other way."

He turned to next.

"Billion... Go cause chaos. You don’t need to hold back anymore."

My lips curled into a smile.

"Understood."

Without another word, we split. Edgar vanished into a streak of shadows. Arkas soared upward and darted away, lightning flickering behind him.

And I—

I closed my eyes.

I dove deeper into my mind and activated.

[Psynapse Fracture].

Suddenly, everything slowed. The battlefield opened like a living map. I could feel the Essence in the air like veins in a beating heart. Fire. Lightning. Wind. Space. My thoughts reached outward, bending the nearby Essence toward . The natural flow, the created particles, the stray remnants of skills. All of it obeyed.

I raised my hand and the Essence trembled.

Above , the Essence began to churn. The air trembled as threads of natural Essence swirled together, drawn from the domain I had shaped. Runes spun slowly around , symbols of command, order, and will, each one infusing power into the forming construct.

I reached out with my mind, guiding the Essence as it bent and twisted, folding in on itself. Bit by bit, the shape took form.

A massive bow, three tis my size, blood into existence in the sky above . It pulsed with wild energy—too large, too raw, too unstable for anyone else to control. But I wasn’t anyone else.

My fingers clenched.

The bow solidified with a sound like thunder.

I focused, drawing in the Essence around . My own violet Essence flowed out like a pulse, mixing with the natural Essence in the sky. The air rippled. Threads of energy twisted together, pulled by my will.

From that swirl, an arrow began to form, long and sharp, as thick as a spear. The shaft glowed faintly with violet light, while sparks of natural Essence ran along its surface.

Below , the sky was full of movent. The battle still raged, wild and chaotic. Holt Grandmasters clashed with the Empire’s finest, each fight bursting with explosions, lights, and deadly pressure.

But none of it mattered to right now.

I floated high above, my wings spread wide. My Psynapse expanded, locking onto one of the Holt Grandmasters still fighting below. He moved fast but not fast enough for .

I could’ve just launched the arrow without the bow. It would’ve been just as fast, just as deadly. But sotis, sniping felt better. Cleaner. More satisfying.

So I aid.

Essence churned inside the arrow, rising like a storm. My own violet Essence twisted with the natural Essence in the air. They didn’t blend easily. They fought each other, pushing and pulling, but I forced them to work together.

Lines from my domain glowed faintly, shaping the flow.

I pulled the string back. The arrow locked into place. My eyes narrowed as I tracked the Grandmaster’s movents. He blinked from one spot to another then paused to prepare his skill.

That was the opening.

I let go.

The arrow flew.

It tore through the air with a soft hum. For a second, it was beside . The next, it was behind the Holt Grandmaster, already closing in.

He turned too late.

The arrow slamd into his back with a deafening crack. Then ca the explosion.

Boom!

A shockwave rolled through the sky. Essence burst out in all directions. The Holt Grandmaster’s body was launched like a cannonball, flung straight down toward the ground. He spun helplessly, arms flailing, before crashing into the earth with a loud crash that shook the castle below.

Smoke rose. Dust scattered.

The Empire’s Grandmasters who had been fighting him turned and stared up at . His expression was a mix of surprise and confusion. I just pointed my finger toward the fallen Holt Grandmaster.

He understood.

Without a word, the Empire Grandmaster dove after the fallen body, sword gleaming in hand, ready to finish the job.

I cracked my neck and began drawing in more Essence.

Ti to line up the next shot.
