In truth, scenes like this were all too familiar to him. After all, back in his days abroad, he had often engaged in bloody battles with true, cold-blooded rcenaries who killed without batting an eye. The current situation was, by comparison, a minor affair.

In just a few short minutes, all the soldiers were down. Without exception, every one of them had taken a massive punch to the chest. The terrifying force of the blows had passed straight through their bodies, blasting huge holes in their bulletproof vests!
Finally, Luo Xiu appeared before Tang Hong'e and began walking slowly toward her.
Gritting her teeth, Tang Hong'e glared at him with fury and raised her rifle to fire.

She pulled the trigger without hesitation.
But in almost the sa instant, Luo Xiu staggered as if he'd lost his footing, nearly falling over. The bullet whizzed past his back, missing him by a hair's breadth.
"Ah... damn. Taking on five chicks at once really does a number on your back." Luo Xiu slowly straightened up, rubbing his waist with both hands, his face a mask of pain.

This was because an invisible field of Qi surrounded Luo Xiu's body! The bullets entered this field, their velocity decreased, and he was able to deftly avoid them.
Soon, Tang Hong'e had emptied her magazine.
