Su Hongli explained, "She said there's a base up ahead. If the helicopter flies any further, we'll be detected by radar. We have to get down here. According to the tracking signal, A Gui is likely in that base."
Luo Xiu nodded. As the pilot lowered the helicopter's altitude, Su Hongli jumped out. Luo Xiu followed close behind.
After landing, Su Hongli gestured to the helicopter in the sky, then turned to Luo Xiu. "I'll go into the base to rescue A Gui. You provide cover from out here."
"Are you sure you'll be okay alone?" Luo Xiu asked.
"Don't worry. It's just a small base. My people investigated it; there aren't many experts there. I can handle it myself."
"I should still go with you," Luo Xiu insisted.
Su Hongli's expression turned stern, and she spoke in a tone that brooked no argunt. "No. You might beco a burden if you co along. I can move better alone. When the bullets start flying, I can't protect you. Be good and wait here obediently. I'll be back soon."
She only knew that Luo Xiu's dical techniques were excellent, but she was unaware of his true strength, assuming he was rely in the Body Refinent Phase.
Luo Xiu shrugged. "Then get going. Don't waste ti."

In a dark, damp secret chamber, Su Shenyun was suspended by iron chains binding her wrists, leaving her dangling with just the tips of her toes touching the ground. Her eyes were covered by a blindfold, leaving her in total darkness. But she could still hear.
After a long period of silence, the iron door of the chamber creaked open with a jarring sound. A tall, burly man walked up to her, an evil grin on his face. He reached out, twirled a soft strand of her hair, and brought it to his nose, inhaling deeply with a look of pure intoxication.
"Does it sll good?" Su Shenyun asked.
"Yes, it slls wonderful!" The man chuckled lewdly before suddenly ripping off her blindfold. "I never imagined they would transfer you to . Su Shenyun, to be honest, I've wanted you for a very long ti!"
As he spoke, his gaze turned ferocious. He roughly tore away the scant clothing on her body. In a re mont, Su Shenyun was left completely bare, the torn fragnts of her clothes scattered across the damp floor.
The man stepped back to admire the subli view, his eyes growing red as his breathing quickened. A look of utter madness filled his gaze.
"Hahahaha..." he suddenly burst into laughter. "I never thought the goddess of my dreams would one day appear before , completely naked! Don't worry, my little darling, I'll take good care of you!"
Su Shenyun just stared at him, her expression blank, saying nothing.
"Damn it, what's with that look?" the man scowled, his anger rising. Her cold, indifferent gaze infuriated him. "In a minute, I'll have you begging for rcy!"
With that, he unbuckled his belt and strode forward. His rough hands gripped her slender waist as he pounced, sinking his teeth into her neck.
