The elder was nad Yue Qiu Gao, the current Sect Master of the Heavenly Gull Sect Sect and Yue Chuqing's grandfather. Yue Chuqing's parents had passed away early due to unrest in their sect, and it was Yue Qiu Gao who had raised her. For his precious granddaughter, Yue Qiu Gao was so careful that he feared she would lt in his mouth or break in his hand.
Earlier, upon learning that Yue Chuqing had been bullied, Yue Qiu Gao had sworn to one day find the culprits who tornted her and exact revenge. And now, as fate would have it, the enemy had delivered himself to his doorstep.
At this mont, seeing Yue Qiu Gao preparing to stand up for her, Yue Chuqing felt emboldened and looked at Luo Xiu and Dou Dou with a pitying gaze. Yue Qiu Gao then turned to Yu Qingfeng and Yao Yi, asking respectfully, "Sect Master, Elder Yao, may I have your permission to handle a personal matter with this young man?"
Since Luo Xiu was standing next to Yu Qingfeng and Yao Yi, it was clear that he must be related to the Jade Blade Sect, so it was only appropriate to ask for the Sect Master's and the Elder's permission before proceeding. In his opinion, however, Luo Xiu was nothing more than cannon fodder captured by the Jade Blade Sect, not even a War Slave, and wasn't worth ntioning. Their Heavenly Gull Sect Sect, on the other hand, was different; it was now a vassal force under the Jade Blade Sect. How could they be compared to re cannon fodder?
Upon hearing this, Yu Qingfeng and Yao Yi exchanged glances, having instantly grasped the situation.
Luo Xiu must have had a previous dispute with the Heavenly Gull Sect Sect. Judging by the looks on Yue Qiu Gao and his granddaughter, it seems they even want to kill him.
Yu Qingfeng suddenly grew anxious.
He was keenly aware of how fearso Luo Xiu's group was. Previously, he had grovelled and tried every ans to please them, barely managing to save his own life. If this clueless Yue Qiu Gao managed to provoke Luo Xiu, it could potentially implicate the Jade Blade Sect, bringing calamity upon them all!
With this thought, Yu Qingfeng snapped, "How audacious! Kneel!"
Yue Qiu Gao's lips curled into a smirk as he stared at Luo Xiu and demanded coldly, "Boy, kneel!"
He thought that Yu Qingfeng's words were directed at Luo Xiu. Since the Sect Master himself had spoken, his own confidence grew.
Just then, as Yu Qingfeng looked at Yue Qiu Gao as if he were an idiot and was about to speak, Yue Chuqing suddenly pointed at Luo Xiu and scolded, "You bastard, are you deaf? Didn't you hear the command to kneel?"

In the next mont, a loud slap landed squarely on her fair face. Yao Yi had appeared before her at so point, his eyes cold as ice. Compared to Yu Qingfeng, Yao Yi was more direct and decisive.
Yue Chuqing clutched her swollen cheek, looking at Yao Yi with utter confusion. "Elder Yao, why would you..."
Yao Yi snorted coldly, cutting her off. "It seems you're the ones who are deaf! The Sect Master ordered you two to kneel! Didn't you hear?"
Hearing this, Yue Chuqing's eyes widened in shock. "What?"
SLAP!
Yao Yi's temper flared, and another slap struck Yue Qiu Gao's face. "You old cur! Who do you think you are, daring to speak to Young Master Chen like that?"
He suddenly roared, "Kneel!"
Yue Qiu Gao and Yue Chuqing were both well aware of Yao Yi's temper. Despite their confusion, they dared not hesitate and quickly knelt on the ground. But then, Yao Yi's entire deanor changed. He approached Luo Xiu with a fawning expression and asked, "Young Master Chen... how would you like to deal with these little Demons?"
Luo Xiu had not spoken from the beginning because he had anticipated this outco. As for these Demon People from the Heavenly Gull Sect Sect, he had never paid them any mind.
"Do whatever you want. Don't waste ti; hurry to the Bee Hive."
Luo Xiu left these words behind and turned to walk towards Magnet Mountain Gorge. Luo Ying, Dou Dou, and the others quickly followed.
Back where they stood, Yue Qiu Gao looked up at Yao Yi and asked cautiously, "Elder Yao, may I inquire... who is this Chen Shui... I an, Young Master Chen? Why is it that even you..."
Yao Yi did not answer the question. Instead, he glared coldly at the kneeling grandfather and granddaughter and said indifferently, "When we explore the Bee Hive later, rember to perform well. Perhaps then, Young Master Chen might consider sparing your worthless lives."
"Yes, yes, of course! We will do our utmost. We would go through fire and water and not shrink from death itself!" Yue Qiu Gao didn't question it further, nodding his head repeatedly. He was filled with more regret than ever, so much so that his guts were turning green.
If he had known, he wouldn't have dared to stand up for Yue Chuqing, not even if he had ten tis the courage. For even the Heavenly Gods of the Upper Realm to be so fearful of him, he must be an extraordinary figure!
Yu Qingfeng let out a cold snort. "What are you all still standing around for? Hurry up and follow Young Master Chen!"
Yue Qiu Gao didn't dare to delay and quickly led a dozen or so Disciples of the Heavenly Gull Sect Sect in pursuit of Luo Xiu.
Watching the retreating backs of the group of Demon People from the Heavenly Gull Sect Sect, Yao Yi's face grew grim, murder gleaming in his eyes. That murderous intent was, naturally, directed at Luo Xiu.
Yu Qingfeng ca over to him, whispering, "We'll play it by ear later."
Yao Yi snarled, "That little bastard Chen Shuisheng... sooner or later, I'll make sure he dies a horrible death!"
Yu Qingfeng said, "No matter how you look at it, the kid only has the strength of the Void Refinent Realm. Either of us could kill him with a flick of a finger. The tricky part is those experts by his side."
Yao Yi pondered for a mont, then proposed, "I have an idea."
"Let's hear it."
Yao Yi leaned in close to Yu Qingfeng's ear. "Later we'll first... then... after that... and finally..."
A short ti later, after listening to Yao Yi's plan, Yu Qingfeng couldn't help but stroke his beard and laugh loudly.
"Good, very good!"
